I agree 100% with @weighted chinup that frequency is key for leg growth. When I switched from 1-2x/weekly squatting to 3x/weekly my legs blew up. Even had to get new work pants just because the legs became too tight. I was also natty and training entirely for strength, so I can only imagine what doing it enhanced with the focus on mass would do.

I try to keep the frequency high and the volume higher.. I will definitely consider the squatting twice a week again.. May have the man @RodgerThat scratch together a leg split to fit my needs if he's up to it. Thanks brother, it was nice hitting that.

Aside from that.. Definitely feeling it lately.. Weight is down 6lbs - and I'm absolutely loving the feel. Thanks to Rodger he suggest cutting down before the blast.. I've made up my mind.

1-10 - 500 test e - 400 tren e
1-4 - dbol 40mg ED
6-10 - winstrol ( not sure of dosage yet )

Looking ripped bro. Your chest appears to fill out more each time you post a pic. Well rounded.

Should make for a nice blast. Almost identical to my next. I'm curious to see what the winstrol does for you at the end. Haven't see too many people on here using it.
 
Think you should be working your quads and hams together not on separate days because they don't work separate from one another so you aren't giving them recovery time. Squats work both hamstrings and quadriceps so do sprints, sled drags/pushes and deadlifts.
More traditional version but
Legs high intensity/ chest high volume
Volume back/ volume biceps & forearms
Shoulders traps and abs
Volume legs/ chest high intensity/ tricep
Heavy deadlift & rack pulls and high volume lat work and biceps

It's just a quick toss together but still get the same amount of work for each muscle and you'll be able to work with higher weight on the intensity days which will help you push more reps on volume days and in turn give you that lovely hypertrophic swole you love lol.

If you want a better breakdown for the leg workouts I can do that and for the intensity workouts but I think you are beyond me on the volume days and know what you can handle there

rigjt, eminence test. GP orals and ancillaries.. This blast is 500 test e 400 tren e 1-10... 1-4 is dbol 6-10 is winstrol
If I had to critique you id say your tris and traps could use some work from the back.

I'd say bulk up the traps some as well.

Had a great leg day today. Turned the intensity up.

10minutes stair climber warmup
10 minute stretch
Hamstring Iso curl warmup

High bar ATG squats

S1: Hamstring iso curl

Calf raises 8x10-15 in between sets

It wasn't a ton of variety but it felt amazing. Squats were smooth as can be.... Will add lunges to the mix next week for a burnout as well. Starting new workout plan in 3 weeks. Going to take 4 days off prior to starting. (Thursday-Sunday will be off) then begin Monday.
 
Sounds killer. How are you feeling with GP ancillaries, always worry about them due to price. What week are you in now?
Lol I'm cruising right now... Haven't been on for almost 2 months. Don't use AI while cruising. I felt it was fine. Dosed at 12.5mg EOD with exem.
 
Will be providing this workout plan on an excel spreadsheet soon. If anyone has a site you think I could upload it safely on for people to download, I'd be more than happy too. It's very detailed and layed out well. Halfway done now. Had to take a break lol
