Nick Walker at New York Pro 2024

Lundsford even got called out for having weird lumps on his lats during front double bi pose.

Gray area between injection sites and site injections.
Yeah I will say that people have said hany is a big proponent of synthol/similar volumizing oils. Not sure though as Idk if his protocols have ever actually been released. I’m sure of the jansen one though

Nick has always been a big ass dude from the time he was 13 we’re from a town apart and he always had a freakish physique with freak ass genetics from a young age. He’s came a long way I’m a big fan of him definitely from knowing him from a young age and watching him grow.

He’s flat, holding water, and not being judged. His waist will be fully in check and he’ll be dry as a bone and blasting full come this weekend. This was for fun for the fans

But why is his face white and body red/dark skinned?

He hasn’t been tanning his face. Unsure if he’s been tanning his body or not but he got a few coats of protan (spray tan) for this guest posing. I would assume he’s been tanning his body but not his face. He rarely has an issue with his on stage tan come show-day. He will have his face tanned at the ny pro he probably just didn’t want that shit on his face for a guest posing that doesn’t mean anything to him

he does. just gotta keep it in all the time in stage
these things rest points
he does. like, always does. This was not a competition. Do you keep your abs flexed walking around all the time? He has nothing to gain from this guest posing, he was doing the promoters and the IFBB a favor. When he is on an actual stage it will be in check just as it has been since he turned pro years ago

I'm hoping he is at least top 5 but not kidding myself: the only favors he was doing were for himself, regardless of what his coach said on IG.

He had nothing to gain from going there other than favor from tyler manion and a little cash. Pittsburgh pro is a big advertisement with tons of sponsors it’s the manions’ baby. They’re turning it into a super show. He was paid to come and wasn’t required to do anything other than stand on stage and hit some poses for a check. He’ll be back in the top 3

You guys kill me.

Nick flew to Pitt, got off a plane, ate all his meals and drank all his water, and got on stage. He is NOT PEAKED for a fucking guest posing appearance. Nick doesn’t need the Pitt media draw, it needed him. Period. Nick is arguably the biggest draw in open bodybuilding today.

All that matters is what he looks like this Saturday.

And the brain-dead bodybuilding media pages will post a comparison between the guest posing and NY Pro and claim he transformed his entire physique in a week. The shit they were saying was ridiculous

its astounding how so many people cant distinguish between a guest posing and an actual competitive showing.
Acting like we havent seen nick unflinchingly control his mid section when on stage in contest for years now.

The whole world knows hes got a big waist, yet he controls it arguably better than anyone else in the IFBB when its showtime

Yeah I was shocked when he posted a vacuum pose on IG.

Or maybe better to say pleasantly surprised because even if he doesn't do it in competition, cool to see that he's a good bodybuilder not just a freaky mass monster.

*Edit: not that I think the ability to do a vacuum pose is necessary to be a good bodybuilder

Regarding vacuum, does anyone know why lundsford hits vacuum all the time instead of abs? I agree with Milos, being able to hit a vacuum is nice indeed but when judges command abs and thighs why the heck he doesn't pose his abs?

Because vacuum is a completely acceptable way to hit the ab and thigh, and milos is not a judge or in any way part of the judging criteria for the IFBB. Tyler Manion made a crystal clear statement regarding the three acceptable ways to hit an ab&thigh. And unless he’s removed any time soon or changes his mind, that is the way it will continue to be.
