I'm going to open this up by saying I think this is one of the better built sites out there. I've studied a lot of forums and the conversations I have read here are well grounded and open. Everything is nicely laid out, good clean fonts, simple screen designs without flashing ads and colors trying to sell you something.
I’m probably the most unlikely candidate to be here. It might be too late for me but I’m going to jump into this with everything I got.
I dedicated the last 20 years to sitting behind a computer monitor for 12-14 hrs a day contributing to creating some of the most awesome apps on the market. I got me plenty of brain exercise but I don’t think I need to tell anyone what sitting all day does to the body.
Over the years my body formed and melted into the shape of the furniture. I turned myself into a human marshmallow. I’m not super fat or anything, just way too soft with a belly.
About 6 weeks ago I had an epiphany, it hit me like a brick in the face, I won’t last another 10 years in this condition. So I got my fat ass out of the chair and put this body to work…hard and fast. I want to be carved like a piece of wood.
So I waddled out to the local Walmart and purchased a couple of 20 lb barbells a Mat and a Protein mix. That first week was a killer, 3 sets a day of pumping a 20lb weight on each arm 10 times. (Yeah…I know, are you done....you can stop laughing now and get back to reading). Every day I put more into it, I’m into my 4th week and I’m now doing 10 sets of 35 reps each day along with sit-ups and cardio. It's progress that's only going to get better !
I have about as much patience in waiting for results as I do reading.
I can’t wait 3 months to shed 20 lbs before I see a ripple of muscle so I took it to the next level.
I have decided to motivate myself further through the introduction of enhancements into my body. I have no idea what the F@%k I’m doing other than what I have read.
This is what I am going to start with ...

- Do artificial enhancements really work. Do you think they work for a middle aged guy
- I found a couple of 250mg vials of Nandrolone Decanoate and Testosterone Enanthate in a ditch by the side of the road. It looks authentic, sealed in pharmaceutical bottles with all the proper markings. They go for $100 each, I don’t know if that’s expensive or not. I read the average dosage is 250 to 500mg a week. I think that's a lot.
- I started with 10cc of each in the Maximus Glute twice a week, no way does that equate to 250mg/ml. I would have to do 30cc increments to empty the bottle in one week.
- The goal is to lose fat and build muscle, do you think I should lay off the protein shakes?
- What type of intervals should I pursue with weights. I read you should let the muscle rest or recover and repair. So it may be best to exercise with weights 3 times a week instead of every day. But I can't stop, I love the burn...a day without pain is like a day without sunshine.
- What kind of results can one expect with the chems over weeks 4, 6, 8… 16. To be honest after 2 weeks of pinning, I have not noticed any difference than what natural results had brought me. I was hoping to see a drastic difference but maybe I'm not giving it enough time. Different results for different folks I guess.
- Lastly, I guess mistakes happen, or maybe my muscle has built a tolerance to absorbing the oil. After my 4th shot, I got the itchy lump. The miss, ... Obviously the muscle did not absorb the oil. Or maybe doing sit-ups pushed it all out. I've read so many posts where guys are freaking out calling 911 etc., I'm not going to freak out and I'm not worried but I'm wondering if it is wasted. Does the body still absorb it in an efficient manner or does it work much better when it is in the muscle.
