No one trains hard anymore

Kindergarden. Im like a god there. The girls think im a super hero. They drop their pants for me. Their parents say im a peadaphile. Dont understand their concern. Half naked old man flexing at a kindergarden is ok right.
Makes sense, I assumed that or planet fitness

Why are you concerned about others? It only matter how hard you train, and if you do, you will be ahead of them

Are you hitting failure on every set or have a predetermined number of reps? How is your recovery with that?
No. 10-16 reps typically. I do not hit failure but stay within 2-3 reps until failure.

My recovery has been slowing down lately. But I am entering a deficit at this point.

If I was training to failure on the large compound lifts I wouldn't be able to keep up with the rest of the isolations. My recovery between sets is easier/faster because I do not train until failure.

I am on my 2nd cycle. I'm still creating growth but that could just be from the drugs and not the training. We shall see how it is when time goes on.

The next time someone creates a thread about training and someone says they do a high volume routine i won't ask questions out of curiosity. i should remember that forums like these aren't meant questions and discussions. They're just here for people to source $6 vials of gear and bicker about politics. My mistake.

I would have asked the same question, 20 or more sets during one workout for a bodypart screams junkvolume to me too.

Only took 6 years at meso to discover that many arent here for the reason meso was created. I still have 5 and a half years to go trying to entertain the concept this is a steroid and training forum. Before i to realize it is a political forum in disguise. Going to be a long haul. Dont think i have your staying power msg.

My quote was meant for the OP not you, now i see why you responded like that lol.

I will say when i am at peak cycle, i can just keep going and going, so 20 sets for the day seems ok, especailly for chest. It wouldnt be 20 “working sets”, but maybe 8,

If you do 5 chest workouts, 4 sets each. 20 sets.

First 2-3 sets of each chest exercise are warm ups, then 1-2 are to failure of the first 3 compound movements. Thats. 6 working sets. Then 8 sets of “pump” volume, or fly movements. Is pretty much what i would do.

A basic routine

Chest press, Chest Incline, Chest Landmine/decline.
Fly, fly.

16-20 sets at peak blast of a cycle.

But make that 6 working sets on the first 3 exercises, then last 2 are pump exercises.

Seems solid there

What do you do on a push pull leg routine? I'm curious with how people would design it?

Edit: whoops, saw you said 20+ sets for a body part and for each gym session

Oh, okay. Well same reply, less snarky. ;):)
i can't speak for the OP, but i like to know what others are doing. i don't stick with one routine too terribly long, so these kind of threads give me something to chew on.

I workout harder than all of you!! Look I'm peeing blood, pussies. I waste more muscle a day than you guys waste in an entire YEAR. My kidneys go to failure every session
