I would bet money nophat is who he says - but not my freedom. Makes no sense any web-based LEO would go after him in particular, and even less his customers.
This is why people use encryption. If nophat had a public key from before the (alleged) incident, it would be easy to verify his ID, and no one would be wondering if he has one of their shipping addresses stored in plain text on his email account.

I like you nophat I seriously hope this is not true and blown out of proportion however I trust and Respect BB and he wouldn't play games that's not to say something happened but not because of you however it is odd your first responses were all in 3rd person speak which I never recall you doing. I'm on nobody's wagon I just want to be safe and save as many members as possible.

No disrespect Nophat what isn't understood? Ben heard from what he believes is a reliable source that your operation had been compromised and reported it to the board so that those that may be at risk could take precautions.
Contacting you if the operation had in fact been compromised would not have been a wise move. I doubt seriously that Ben has anything against you but given some of the issues he has dealt with it is safety first. Hopefully, this all turns out to be a misunderstanding and no one was put at risk.

Theres a couple things that could be happening here
1. The person who got the hot pack was already on the radar and his mail was being watched
2. Nophat is compromised
Either way a nophat pack was caught and that possibly opens the door to here. Some people want more evidence from bb, but why post incriminating evidence on an online forum. Why would we want to help build a case and shoot anybody that ordered from him in the foot. I dont even like being on this thread let alone posting here. Do what you want but when I smell smoke it usually indicates a fire is burning nearby.

My post wasnt directed at anyone paticular. Neither have I but meso would be a common link and despite who gear came from, could open unwanted doors. Im just suggesting that our members be mindful of the situation and not to give out self incriminating evidence. Such as posting pics of gear, giving reviews or saying what they have. Why should we make it so easy for them?
I do believe LE is always going to go after the big fish, but they usually start at the ground, flip people and work their way up in order to build that air tight case. Just look at the DEA website.

The last sentence they are referring to operation cyber juice which is a current and ongoing investigation.
I haven't been in a hurry to respond to nophat who has indeed attempted to contact me and if its him he seems genuinely perplexed and at a loss. I've known no phat for a number of years but its been in passing mostly. We'll see each other at a board besides meso and say "hello". Respectful to each other. Unfortunately(or not), I wouldn't know if it was him or an imposter on the other end if I needed to know for any reason, as it would be helpful in the circumstances I find myself in now.
Not a whole lot has happened in regards to the situation here. Its been extremely hectic for me as that's how I choose to live my life. I slept at a girlfriends of my wife's as we have been doing the last few months. The girl lives closer and actually introduced me to the guys I meet with a few times each month.We all are comfortable meeting at her place for whatever reason.....one reason in the girls Uncle is dying from a disease I'm not familiar with...some O.C.something.something. A pulmonary problem that has him hacking a cough so wet its as if he's drowning. He continues to smoke, however and is a junkie on top of it all. He's given strong pain medication that makes him puke and sleep. Thats about all he does. He didn't attempt to get up a few hours ago and just turned his head to the right and puked down the length of his arm soaking his shirt sleeve and got about half into a small garbage can and the other half ran off his arm onto the floor.
The man/member who gave me this info will be posting shorly. Just got done talking with him.

Its very possible that nophat doesn't know he is under surveillance, though he should be operating under the assumption that he is.
