Nolva or arimidex for Gyno

Both. Nolva 10-20mg Ed to block the receptor essentially, and Arimidex to regulate your estrogen (this I can't advise on without your cycle info, stats and blood work)
I’m on Test 500mg weekly, and anavar 40mg ED.
190lbs, 5’9, BF around 14% At the moment.
Do not have my blood work in hand right now.
How much arimidex by the way?

Take as little as you need to make the symptoms go away. This is part of your learning process; listening to your body.
Try one pill right away, wait 36-48 hours then hit again with half a pill. Don't slam your estrogen levels to the floor.

I would personally go with arimidex and save nolvadex and clomid for pct. Just my two cents.

Start out with 40mg ed of nolva once the lump goes down start doing 20mg .
I don't use arimidex I prefer aromasin but you want to use just enough to get estrogen down were there's no problems.

Ok I had this issue I took 20mgs nova for 30 days and shit was gone I used Leto twice kept coming back. Nova knocked it out leaned me out and felt great. Arimedex wont work it's to late

Arimidex alone won't work you right.
Both together work quicker if he uses the AI to control high estrogen correctly wouldn't have to have the nolva to begin with.
But yes nolva is much better to resolve the gyno issue but not at controlling estrogen.
His best bet is bloods to see were his estrogen is at while running nolva for the gyno.

You dont want to take both together no need to nova binds to the estrogen receptors to get rid of it. Soon as ur done ur nova cycle continue arimedex to keep estro under control. Nolva lowers the affect of arimedex by like 30 percent. I would use aromasin with nolva if ur ser on 2 products.It doesn't effect it

Yeah well I agree with part of your statement again.
Why not get a handle on estrogen production as well as use the serm to block it at the receptor?
And yes I agree aromasin is superior in this instance.
They both have different function but used in conjunction correctly would be the most efficient way to handle it.
Op I suggest just using the nolva until you see were your estrogen is at.

You must have never had a really bad flare then. Studies do show it may lower the effect of anastrozole when combined with tamoxifen but that means nothing. Novladex and Arimidex combined is an the 2nd best killer for gyno. 1st would be letrozole and Novla or ralox. You need to kill the fire(estrogen) and also block the receptor(Novla). Been there and bought the shirt while I had a huge lump foolin around with about 3.5grams of different compounds. I killed it with armindex 1mg ED and 20mg Novla ED. Letro was also used twice a week at 1.25mg. Never stopped the run just removed dbol and pushed forward. Take it from experience use both

My dude! I’ve been well my friend good to see you around. Took a break off compounds and 6 days at the gym. Been doing 1ml a week and 2-3 times a week(gym) for a long minute. Maintained size but damn gut been catching up. Ready and motivated to flood some receptors if ya know what I mean.
