I'm currently pinning Primo 10 mgs on SUN and 10 mgs on WED.
Decided to use Anavar as a kick-start for the first 4 weeks. After that I will be increasing the Primo dose to 30-50 mgs.
I'm injecting subq, easy peasy.
I started pinning on 7/31.
Officially on week 2

I feel today was the first real training session I've had since the surgery. Hoping the strength I lost comes back quickly.
I'm definitely feeling the Anavar. Energy and endurance have increased, experienced some clit sensitivity today.

- Primo 20 mgs/wk [weeks 1-4]
- Primo 30-50 mgs/wk [weeks 5-10]
- Glutamine
- Glucosamine
- Taurine (as needed)

- Day 2: Rest (yoga/cardio)
- Day 3: Squat/Deadlift/Back
- Day 4: Rest (yoga/cardio)
- Day 5: Squat/Shoulders

- Get sexy AF. Should I say more? Ok...
- Gain 6-8 lbs of muscle
- This will be a bulking cycle
- I will be concentrating mostly on my glutes and legs.

- 2,000 cals
- Vegetarian diet
