Alright Fellas like the title says this is my first log. During this log I will be allowing y'all to see into a big portion of my life. I hope that y'all will do the same by telling me what worked for y'all. ALL ADVICE AND TIPS ARE WELCOME. I have never logged calories or logged my workouts. I have always just had a good general idea of my food intake and what I was gonna train that day. I'm hoping by me logging all this that it will help take me to that next level since I'm a lot more dedicated and committed this go around. As of yesterday I am now one of those damn guys that walks around the gym with a note pad.

I will be doing a routine thats a little out of the ordinary for me, but after doing it for the last 2 week I know this blast is gonna be legendary using this routine. I will be doing FST-7 (Fascia Stretch Training 7) and incorparating TUT ( Time Under Tension) in where I can. The way my routine is laid out I will be focusing more on my arms and calves this go around. Also you will see lots of cardio and abs in this log. Cardio may take a hit once the Fina kicks in full effect.

I started my cycle 2 days ago. I am running Prop,Mast and TrenA ( Fina pellet brew). I also have a ton of dbol and whinny and will probably start with dbol and end with whinny. I do not advise any member run 2 orals in one cycle. I may not run the whinny because I got some pharmaceutical var on the way now, I will be running one of the 2 towards the end.

Oh yeah almost forgot my stats. Most of y'all already know. Im 33 5'8 barefooted 209lbs this morning and not sure on BF%. I don't trust the BF machine at my gym. At the end of my last cycle I was 219-221 ( depending on what time of day).

I will lay out my diet later on. I don't want to make this first post any longer then it already is. lol Now lets pick up some heavy shit and grow.
 
Bro, love those Costco egg whites.

For a shake I mix-

1 cup of the egg whites
1 scoop whey of choice (I like dymatize cookies n' cream)
1 TBSP or so of PB2 (my crack)
However much almond milk suits you
1 carnation breakfast essential

All in a shaker bottle, tastes great. Shitload of protein and vitamins to get you going!

After seeing what it did for you and JB im expecting great things. Plus like I mentioned above I have been doing it for 2 weeks already and I havnt been this sore in a long time.
 
Good luck with the cycle and log. To be perfectly honest I'm almost as excited over your upcoming food porn as I am the cycle itself lol but either way time to hit beast mode!
 
Subbed! I'm loving that yogurt atm. Never had the taste for it until I noticed they reduced the sugar and upped the protein. Then I said, fuck the taste. Lol...

Ive always used a notepad in the gym. That way I know exactly what im doing and did. I have all my notepads from when I was 16. I know exactly what caused me to grow. What works what doesnt. Its an invaluable tool. Log your weight on their too and other important mile markers. It helps provide incite when you reach a plateau.

You really oughta log your daily intake too. I think you'd be surprised what your NOT eating.

Any way, im here for the ride. You have immeasurable potential. Id like to see you get jakked:)

Happy to have you here. I started logging EVERYTHING from cal,carb, protein and my routine yesterday. My note pad is glued to my side. I'll get some of it off paper and on to here shortly.
 
I only buy my milk and veggies one day at a time. I work a job where I may get called out for a few days at a time. I hate coming home and having to throw away a bunch of stuff that went bad while I was gone.
 
Mast, prop and tren

What dosages?

For now I'm running both my Prop and mast at 350 a week and my fina at 700. I should probably back my fina dosage down but I believe I may be one of the ones who handles tren really well. I ran 700 a week my last cycle for 10 weeks and felt like I could of went to a gram, but that wasn't fina. Anyway I should know in a few days or a week if I need to back my tren dose down. I'm already sweating more then normal.
