Odie's First Log

Alright Fellas like the title says this is my first log. During this log I will be allowing y'all to see into a big portion of my life. I hope that y'all will do the same by telling me what worked for y'all. ALL ADVICE AND TIPS ARE WELCOME. I have never logged calories or logged my workouts. I have always just had a good general idea of my food intake and what I was gonna train that day. I'm hoping by me logging all this that it will help take me to that next level since I'm a lot more dedicated and committed this go around. As of yesterday I am now one of those damn guys that walks around the gym with a note pad.

I will be doing a routine thats a little out of the ordinary for me, but after doing it for the last 2 week I know this blast is gonna be legendary using this routine. I will be doing FST-7 (Fascia Stretch Training 7) and incorparating TUT ( Time Under Tension) in where I can. The way my routine is laid out I will be focusing more on my arms and calves this go around. Also you will see lots of cardio and abs in this log. Cardio may take a hit once the Fina kicks in full effect.

I started my cycle 2 days ago. I am running Prop,Mast and TrenA ( Fina pellet brew). I also have a ton of dbol and whinny and will probably start with dbol and end with whinny. I do not advise any member run 2 orals in one cycle. I may not run the whinny because I got some pharmaceutical var on the way now, I will be running one of the 2 towards the end.

Oh yeah almost forgot my stats. Most of y'all already know. Im 33 5'8 barefooted 209lbs this morning and not sure on BF%. I don't trust the BF machine at my gym. At the end of my last cycle I was 219-221 ( depending on what time of day).

But ive been hesring sbout fst7 for a long time through MD but so u know if there are any books or anything that explain the whole science behind it?
 
Im a little suprised that a dude who was straight out the womb with 20" cannons is using moderate weight such as this. Im not pickin. Just suprised. These are the weights I use. My arms are smaller. Keep doing what your doing. I think its great. Alot of guys i mean alot of small guys throw up over 100 curling and im just like wtf!!!

Arms arnt 20" anymore. That's why I'm training arms 2 times a week. Also I guess I will have to take the time to explain what TUT ( Time Under Tension) is. I don't care who you are, your not throwing up big boy weight using TUT and you damn sure arn't when you know you got a set of 7x10s waiting for you at the end.

Basically long story short with TUT, it's a 4-1-2 move. For instance let's say I'm on bench. My movement on the way down will be 4 sec with a 1 sec pause at the bottom. Then followed by a 2 second lift. The timing changes some what from big muscle to little muscle. I've been working on the timing for 2 weeks now and it's a lot harder then what it sounds with out someone there to time you. I literally yell out " 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi". Lol shits brutal. Stick around my friend when the gear kicks in the weight will go up. Honestly though I don't go to much higher on biceps. I had tendinitis real bad for 3 months about a year ago and I still feel it with any weight over 50 lbs during curls. It was so bad that I couldnt do any thing but Hammer curls. I couldn't even curl 15 lbs the pain was so bad. If I can't do the weight slow with perfect form, I'm not doing it.

Damn tough crowd. Lol. I just got done doing a all natural cut. I sacrificed my arms for abs. I Naturally have big arms so I'm hoping for the arms to bounce back and I can some what keep the abs.

I got called into work. I'll get a true measurement tonight and get a pic up tomorrow.

TUT builds the most muscle. back in my day it was just called negatives lol

It's what Jay Cutler did in 2009 for the win. :)

The technique has had many different names and been around for ever. Its by far one of the best things I've ever added to a workout. Yes I feel like a puss because I have to drop down in weight to achieve all my reps but I walk out of the gym fully pumped.

Get some Odie! I've been out for a couple weeks in CABO. Feels like 10 years in Meso time. Thread looks good so far. I went to Mexico with 20's came back with 19's. This thread motivates me. keep up the hard work!!
