Lol it's at red box. I NEVER buy movies anymore. I just wait for them to come on HBO and DVR them but I will definitely be buying this one. I have only bought 3 movies in the last few years and now 2 of those 3 will be Jake Gyllenhaal Movies. End of watch, Warrior and now South Paw

This is an old log. It was a very short cycle. 8 or 9 weeks I believe. Cycle went well though. Busted my ass on the FST-7 program.

There's a 14 lb difference between the pics I believe. Basically I put on 12-14 lbs and dropped BF% so you can't beat that.
I'm currently on another cycle now but it's completely different then this one. In that last pic I was 221 I believe and I'm 249 today
