Nah I don't think I'll ever go much higher then I am now. I breath so heavy all the time and constantly feel like I'm gonna throw up all day to keep the weight going up. I can't wait to drop back down to 230. Now if I could afford HGH then it might be a different story but there's no way I could live with myself dropping that kind of dough

I see...any strength gains lately though?
 
Not really, just on Squats. The intensity just isn't there this run. It's hard when you work 6 days a week for 10-14 hours a day. I try to sneak off to the gym around lunch time but that doesn't always work out.
Life just gets in the way sometimes an it sucks. 10-14hr days 6 days a week is no fuckin joke man. Damn that's a hell of alot of hours. Bet the pay is good but sometimes you prolly feel like all you do is work huh?

I myself took a new job that has daytime hours so I at least get to the gym by 6PM and out by 7:30....but the gym's so crowded at that time grrrrrr
 
No sweat odie. I make my compromise with my shitty schedule too. I go EOD. ED isn't possible. Especially with any kind of intensity. Gains are great on an EOD schedule. Would it be better if I went ED and only worked 8 hrs, sure but that's not the reality

I go EOD myself such as M-W-F-Sat (or Sun) and as I have more time on the weekends I can use a weekend day for higher volume workouts.

Congrats on your work Odie! I used to work some stupid hours like that too and it was damn ridiculous to get the work in gym sometimes. I love to read stuff on brothers making it big! Thanks for the log!
