Thank you thank you. I should start every cycle off with deca. I feel amazing. It was my first time in this gym so I put on a show. Lol. Nah I saw a guy benching 405 and asked him if he would spot me while I threw on more weight. I told him "do not touch it unless You see I really need it" I actually got it pretty easy since he unracked it for me. I knew I could get it. I got 475 when I was 25 lbs lighter and my shoulders were giving me troubles. I'll break 500 in a few weeks and get it on video.

Pretty sure that's why my numbers are going up cause I'm building my weakest parts. Well that and gaining 25 lbs since I came off my last run.

You should be able to crush your competition at the meet easy peasy.

Having titties brings the touch point up higher off the chest. Making benching easier. Which means more weight.

How much longer you got on cycle? Im guessing an hoping you dropped the Dbol right???? Have you ever thought about running tbol instead bro? I hear its the little brother of D an without the bloat. Now don't quote me on this, I just heard it somewhere around the forum. Come to think about it, tbol is something that I need to study into deeper.

No more orals for me for a long while, Maybe ever. Dbol was the only one I liked and its fucked me over the last 2xs.

If I'm smart I'll come off in the next week or 2. I need to come off and cruise so I can start back up the middle or end of January and be ready for my show in March.

What have you decided on for a cruise dose bro? I'm guessing 250wk, does that sound about right?

That's what I meant. Run test at 500 straight thru. I did that for a year. There is no secret. The higher the test the higher the gains/strength. This is fact
 
I ran my test an all time high of 750 then 1000 before i ended my last cycle before I dropped everything to 125. I was far more than impressed. I constantly think about it. I never experienced such gains before.
