Odie's First Log

Well well well Odie just got him a gym date with a smokin hot Egyptian trainer chick tomorrow. should be interesting. I'm sure my tren will have me dripping sweat all over her.

Watch your 6. I'm closing in fast on them arms. Better get to work. Hear me coming. ..?o_O

Bring it! If I could stop getting called out of town my arms would be bigger I bet. My routine is set up to hit biceps and triceps twice a week but I havnt been able to do it in two damn weeks because of work.

Were in the same boat believe me. Unfortunately I miss more than my share of training days. But I'm focused and running on tren fueled ambition. The arms are coming alive. I'm knocking on your door. No need for a FUCKIN DOOR I'll COME THRU THE WALLS

Pull Day/Back

I haven't really worked out back in 2 weeks since I strained my neck. It felt so good and bad at the same time. lol My traps are sore from the 100 reps I did yesterday, so this was fun. It was nice to see those lats/wings flair out.

Cross Fit row machine ( I know thats not what its called. lol)
10 mins 2,000 meters

Bent over BB rows ( did this on the smith machine because I believe my bad form on this is what strained my neck a while back)
135x12
165x12
185x 10
205x7

Close grip Lat pull downs
120x15
140x12
160x9
170x7

Lat cable machine/ Alternate underhand lat pull downs ( Theres no way I'm stronger with one arm then two so this machine is not accurate on the weight)
100x20
130x12
140x10
150x8

Hyperextensions ( lower back) These always make me hurt the next day. Did these nice and slow and held a 3 second pause at the top.
45 lb plate held on my chest x 10
45x10
45x10

Cable rows 7x10s
120x12
120x12
120x12
120x10
120x10
120x10( I thought that I seriously may puke right about here)
120x10

I had to back my fina down a while back cause it was to strong and I was to damn hot.

I may have missed it OdieM but what were you running the Fina-Tren at before you backed it down? And...what did you back it down to?
I just ask as my next cycle will be Tren and test -thanks

Was running the trenA( fina) 700mg and was pinning ED. Now I'm pinning EOD and running it at 500 a week

I also just added a small amount of hex and TrenE to my cycle. I did this my last cycle and it makes the tren more bearable. There's no up and down. Just nice stable levels.

A little meal prep for a few days. South West Chicken Breast on a bed of black beans and rice with tortilla strips sprinkeld on top. I ended up cutting the chicken into smaller pieces then you see here and mixing it all together. It's amazing.

Pic doesn't do it justice. I've been slacking on my meal preps since I was working out of town last week. Tomorrow I'm gonna do a little more prepping. Should be interesting.

I hate to say it, but that looks like your eating to feed a bird! WTF!

Hahahaha!!! Yeah, knowing Odie he had 20 times that made. But it sounds like those two plates were supposed to last a few days. I almost blew a mouth full of protien shake all over my floor when I read HF's post.

I know you can't tell in the pic but that is a GIANT ass chicken breast that said it was 4 serving and that each serving was 22 grams of protien. So that would have to be one big ass bird your talking about.

a serving size of 22g protein :( that is way down from 50g to 80g protein what your serving size should be ;) I hope you ate all 4 serving :D

Thats right . These phone pics dont seem to show how big the plates and bowls really are .... I know !

I did. I ate the whole thing. It was around 100grams of protein between everything. Just the chicken was around 90 grams. From what I've read that's more then the body can process but whatever it's got to do something with it.
I won't eat much more than 50 grams per sitting. My metabolism isn't slow enough to absorb any more. If it even absorbs that much before getting rid of it.

Scientists tell us that the human body can only absorb 30 gms of protein every 2 hours . Anymore is either passed off as waste or is stored as fat ...

"Your body can process only so much protein in a single sitting. A recent study from the University of Texas found that consuming 90 grams of protein at one meal provides the same benefit as eating 30 grams. It's like a gas tank, says study author Douglas Paddon-Jones, Ph.D.: "There's only so much you can put in to maximize performance; the rest is spillover."

Haha I was gonna post this same study. Being as it was done here in TX it has more credibility. Lol
