Odie's First Log

I tell ya what though, this is by far the best cycle I have ever run. This is my first all short ester cycle and it's like BAM!!! I am amazed at what I'm seeing. I'm dying to post a pic but I told myself I wouldn't for a while, only vids of lifts. I feel fucking amazing. I killed it in the gym today and when I was done I wanted to smash my fucking head through a wall. Feeling pumped. My mind tells me to move on to something else and keep lifting but my bodies screaming " no more". Yeah buddyyyy
Good job, bet you move around more than even Odie the dog :p

Chicken,Shrimp and Steak with a side of rice

It's a fajita dish but I'm not eating the tortillas just the meat,veggies and rice

Edit: before you say anything that's 1 Chicken breast, 1 steak( probably 8 oz) and 6 huge gulf shrimp

50 mins on the Elliptical. No fucking way I could of done it without a partner beside me pushing me.

20 laps in the pool

Took a cafe break and ate some grub and got to know each other for an hour.

Now its go time

I had to make myself leave. My mind said MORE but my body said NO MORE. lol I walked out of there with veins on top of veins. My biceps were so pumped I couldn't even rasie my arms to wipe the sweat off the back of my neck.

 
Good work out bro. I bet you was feelin the flow on that one. You know you got a great pump when you cant wipe the sweat from the back of your neck. Lol I have a hard time washing the back of my neck with a wash cloth when I get good arm pump going on.
 
Thanks guys. Hoping my coworker will train with me next week. He's a big fat boyee that's strong as fuck and played college football 10 years ago.If he does train with me the weight will go up for sure. Right now I only grab weight I can control. The second I see my reps getting sloppy I move on. I've been injuried to many times not keeping good form. Between him being fat and me on tren we should have sweat all over the place.
 
Its always a positive thing an puts you in a more comfortable mental state when you know without a doubt that IF you cant put up the weight you have someone that's got your back. Helps a lot with getting those last couple of reps when near failure. I workout alone also an wish I had somebody to spot an help push me just that much more. All I have around me is a bunch of whinny ass lil non hard working bitches that's afraid they might break a sweat or put effort into anything. Everybody wants to get big but very few are willing to put the work in. I've got mad respect for ya Odie. Keep killin brotha!!!!!:cool:

Having a spotter does help as i also train alone and also with weight that i can control as well. If I had someone to spot me then my own numbers should go up as well
 
Spotter or no spotter I guarantee your numbers will go up if I told you that bar will crush the life out of you. If your that worried about it don't put the cuffs on. That way you can dump it. I've had this approach for years cuz finding a compatible partner is tough

The mental aspect of lifting heavy is one of the biggest parts of lifting heavy. Knowing how to dump weight is very important if your training alone. Had to dump a squat on yesterdays volume session on the last rep of my last set.
 
Odie you have a idea how many reps you could pop out at 315?

The way I feel right now I don't even know if I could get 1. It's been a very very long day. According to my fitbit I have climbed 87 flights of stairs cause the damn elevator is out of order and already burned 3,300 calories. Sweating my ass off. It's a love hate relationship between the tren and me lately.

Nah seriously I don't know. I would say I would see but I plan on maxing out next week.

Lol you guys give me way to much credit. I wish yall could come to my gym and see who trains there. I am a chump in my gym.
