Completely off topic, but were you always lean and built? Like a natural Mesomorph? Because your pic reminds me of my youngest brother... that kid can go a year without training at all and still have his six pack and look like a brick shit house 5'10" 180 lbs.
Then there's my middle brother, straight Ectomorph, 6'2" 180 lbs and can eat what ever he wants... that skinny lean, where having abs doesn't count because my forearms are bigger than his biceps lol.
And I'm the family Endomorph... 6'3" and if I don't treat fitness like a priest does his religion, then I blow up like Fat Bastard.

I've got big about the time I hit 7th grade. I stayed that way until I got hooked on crack,meth and pills. I got down to 165-170 lbs. it was sick. I replaced the drugs with the iron. This is me not quite 6 months sober just getting back into the gym. I don't care to post my crack head pics.

I know I said I was done working shoulders but I worked them a little. Lake vacation in 2 weeks so can't start slacking now.

yeah I did look like a kid. I was 29 in those pics. Y'all would shit if I posted a pic of me while I was using. You could see every bone in my face I was so skinny.

If you say so. I know I damn sure did more then I usually do. my arms are depleted and puny at the moment. Probably over worked them but I had a serious pump going my whole work out and didn't really struggle with the weight cause I kept it lighter then usual.

I ate a Banana and a protein bar 45 mins before my workout and I think that helped.
 
I know I havnt mentioned this in a while and last time I did I said it was all cleared up but I've been fighting puffy nips for 2 weeks now. Fucking sucks seeing them puffy and pointing out to the side. It's wierd though cause if I touch them and get them hard then they pop into normal shape but as soon as there not hard there puffy and pointy. I've NEVER delt with gyno before this cycle and it's very depressing and aggravating. I get aggressive with my Nolva and adex and can get them to normal and then I back down on my dose of nolva and adex and the gyno appears again. Fuck Fuck 2 more weeks and I'm done.
 
Finally went and picked up my mats for the gym. These suckers are a pain in the ass to handle. They are 4x6 and weight around 70 lbs. Anyway they are on sale everywhere at Tractor Supply for 33 bucks. I got enough to cover an 8x12 area. I should of grabbed 2 more. I'll probably run back and get them tomorrow, The GF asked me what they were for and I told her I'm building a gym from the ground up and theres my ground.

Pic doesn't do them justice. Those mats are 3/4" thick. They are meant for horses to walk on. Once I paint the garage tomorrow and get them in place I'll get some pics up.

The GF is questioning me hard if I bought these for a specific piece of equipment. I don't have the balls to tell her I just dropped 1600 on a rack. She'll see it when it gets here and I'll say "surprise ".

Those mats look perfect for a home gym and the thickness should be enough to deaden the sound of a dropped loaded barbell. If you had 6 of them they'd go 12x12 and if you need more you can get them later on.

As for the rack perhaps you could get the dip station for her :)
