My gym is two stories and the weights are up stairs. Getting down stairs after my workout was a bitch. My numbers are getting better on legs but my lower back is getting weaker.

@OdieM if you ever come to philly I can take you to Jewelers row and hook you up with my guy.he actually talked to me in 2 getting my wife a smaller ring.they told me if you guys make it 10 years then you can get her a bigger one. what jeweler do you know that would actually talk you out of getting a big ring.granite her ring is a kart and d half center stone with a half kart on either side of it.

yeah my own meals are simple as fuck...cereal, banana and OJ in the AM, some chicken fingers at lunch and dinner is usually chicken over pasta.
 
Things are not good in the OdieM house hold tonight. Gf is not so understanding of this lifestyle. Not sure what to do. Probably chill for a while after this run.
 
The only negotiating is to give her a kid. That's her bitch. She's saying I'm effecting both of us. She's right.

My opinion is you should be married before having kids...stable household and loving parents bit but that's just me. Have you tried and it's not working or are you talking hypotheticals about gear and fertility? I ask bc there's too many people to list who have conceived while on.

I take it your gf isn't into the lifting lifestyle or that you work a job that takes you away from home for a while at times, but there's room for compromise

I'm throwing around marriage in my head at the moment. I completely agree. Yes I'm referring to T lowering sperm count. I know many have conceived on gear but I also know that it's proven to lower sperm count. Thinking when I come off im gonna try hcg and see what happens.
