I still have yet to try this southern delicacy. Up north we never eat em. Mostly play with them in the river beds as kids. Find them under rocks and shadowy areas of the water. Can get quite big. I grew up on the border of TX an LA and learned how to peel them quick and not waste any meat. There's a lot of meat in most of them. You just got to know the tricks to get it out. Out of 10 lbs I probably got 4 lbs of meat.
Friends don't let friends skip leg day lol
Same thing with crabs. Some people waste so much meat. I get mad seeing a bunch of good meat being wasted. I teach all my kids how to do it right. Hell I even take the meat out for my wife because she can't crack crabs end will waste meat.

Trying something a little different today. Gonna grill my ribs for 8 minutes each side and then throw them in the crock pot for 4 hours to get them tender.

I really out did myself tonight. These were the tenderest ribs I've ever had.
Gf made the salad. She said it's called a Summer Salad. It was amazing and I love that she used avocados and cilantro in it.

Well I had the gf help me finish painting the garage tonight. It looks really good. She kept saying "damn you sweat a lot". I cant wait to be off this fina/component cycle. I also broke down and told her that there's a power rack on the way. But I had to lie and say I only paid a few 100 bucks.
So did you get the paint with primer? If so that must done the trick.
Must been real hot there too so no wonder you'd sweat in a hot garage lol. Hope she fell for the little lie about the rack and the plates.
