Hello guys,

This is my first cycle and I'm super excited:D I'm taking 5mg of ANAVAR (2.5 mg AM/ 2.5 mg PM).
Possibly increasing the dose to 10 mgs.
The length of this cycle will be 10 weeks.

Stats:
•Female
•27 yrs old
•Starting weight: 105 lbs
•Body fat %: 16.16 (measured with calipers)

Goals:
•Increase muscle mass in shoulders, arms, glutes and quads. I want to put on mass everywhere, but those are the specific areas I'm going to be working on. I want big shoulders, meaty quads and glutes:rolleyes:

Diet:
• My maintance cals are at around 1800ish
I'm going to start at 2000 cals. As the cycle continues I may increase it to ~2200. Will make adjustments as I go. I have to be careful and not put on too much fat as my job requires me to be bikini ready at all times.
•Macros: 40C/40P/20F
•Vegetatian diet. I won't be eating any kind of meat, but will be including eggs (even though I'm not a huge fan:confused:)

Training:
Thanks to the suggestions and guidance some members have provided me, this is how my training plan will look:

•Day 1: Squat/Back/Bis

•Day 2: Rest (yoga/cardio)

•Day 3: Deadlift/Chest/Tris

•Day 4: Rest (yoga/cardio)

•Day 5: Squat/Shoulders

•Day 6: Rest (yoga/cardio)

REPEAT

I may add shoulders in Day 3. Depending on DOMS, energy, etc. I want to build big shoulders, perhaps hitting 2X a week will be to my advantage. I have a previous shoulder injury so I have to be extra careful. Also dealing with 3 bulging disc in my thoracic and lumbar spine. Will definately be listening to my body as I run this cycle.

Supplements:
• Multivitamins and minerals
•Calcium
•Antioxidants
•Fish Oil
•Glutamine
•Glucosamine
•Taurine (if needed)
•NAC

Skin Care:
This is very important to me. I'm in a very vain industry and based on my research face will get oily and acne can happen.
•Asepxia soap (for face and body)
•Benzoyl Peroxide for spot treatment
•Coconut oil as moisturizer

I labmaxed the Anavar, this were the results:

Looks like it passed, right?

Well, I think this is all I have to say for now. Suggestions and comments are welcome.
I am very happy to have found a place like MESO:) The information I have found in these threads is phenomenal. In hopes of contributing something, I will be keeping a detailed log.

Subbed. If you put up detailed posts like that throughout the thread this will be an awesome log. Good luck!

@Eman @insaiyan93
Thank you:)
I will do my best to keep a detailed log. It was hard to find substantial female journals. I was very grateful when I found detailed ones.
I'm keeping a hard copy as well.

Why not put the chest/tris from day 3 on day 1 with squats and put back and bis with Deads on day 3? This would resemble more of a push/pull routine.

Ima tag along in this one, your training layout plan is apealling to me good job :p. Hopefully after a couple weeks of the 2x a week squats you can bump it to 3x a week with minimal DOMs. do you have a set/rep for Day 1 and day 5? Volume one day and intensity the other or going to go with a linear style and just add weight each workout?

Sub'd. My lady has expressed interest in a var cycle so this will be a good read for her before she decides to take the plunge. Should be a good run for you, glad to see you did your homework.

I'm in. I would suggest making shoulders with day 1 and 5 and squats eventually making 1 3 5 .. On those deadlift days be sure to do some stiff legs too!

Hi Turcao, I thought about including my deads with back and bis, since deads also work lower back. The reason why I didn't is bc I go ham on my deads. If I do back afterwards I don't think I'll have the energy I'd like to dedicate to back.
Another reason is not irritating the bulging discs I have with so much overload.
Thank you for your input :)

Straight legs deads on leg days, rack pulls and BB style deads on back days :)

If you're losing energy, try mixing them in. For example:

Seated rows
Lat pulldowns
Rack pulls or deads
Supinated pull downs
DB row
Banded goodmornings or hyperextensions

^This could be a nice back day for you

And if you didn't need another reason it's so you are hitting the same body part at least 2x per week in some form or fashion. I'm digging it @Devika and it's only a preliminary program can tweek it to fit your needs perfectly as you go. Just be easy on the deads good form and maintaining proper tightness with 0 ego will get you better gains then an extra 30lb on the bar sorta thing.

I don't perform deads anymore but I definitely seem them as a staple for most people and most goals. ( waiting for the nasty looks ) - I would rather prefer some weighted hyper extensions, good mornings, ect. But that's just me. It is fun every now and then pulling some heavy shit. As pus suggested, that would be a very nice back day for you. And also, like the bear said.... Form. Fuck an ego, nice controlled and quality reps will make for amazing progress.
