I'm going to write a little update as today was pretty exciting
DAY 5
TRAINING- SQUAT/BACK/BIS
- SQUATS
- LEG PRESS
- 1X12 270 lbs
- 3X12 290 lbs
- 3X12 340 lbs
- GLUTE KICK BACKS
- SEATED ROWS
- Med grip- 3X12 70lbs
- Single handed- 3X10 70 lbs
- Close grip- 3X10 70 lbs
- DB BICEP CURLS
- WIDE GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS
- CLOSE GRIP LAT PULLDOWNS
- BICEP CURLS EZ BAR
- HAMMER CURLS
NOTES-
- Felt for the first time an increase in strength. I was a little conservative in my squats bc my legs were a little sore from 4 days ago
- I felt great while lifting, my endurance was awesome.
- Towards the end of my workout, my vision was acting up a bit. Kinda like when you shroom, or take acid lol. There were little trails and my vision was a bit distorted. It freaked me out a bit but I think it was the lack of food. I didnt really eat much prior to that. I felt a lot better after I got home and ate. There was a bit of a pressure headache going on in my right eye. I thought perhaps it was my blood pressure but I took it and it read 119/75. pulse was 96
- Hair and face a little oily. Asepxia soap is working wonders to control that.
- I'm starting to notice a slight lack of appetite.
- Drank ~1 gallon of H2O
- Forearm pump was crazy during bicep curls. It kinda hurt. Time to start taking Taurine, I think. What dose do you guys recommend?
- I'm sleeping so much. Today I woke up at noon!! gotta start forcing myself to go to bed early and wake up early.
Since I'm starting to feel an increase in strength, now
I'm wondering if I should continue to cruise it at 5 mgs/day or increase to 10mgs.
I wanted to take a conservative approach to AAs as I know more is not always better. I've read in some posts it's safe for a female to even do 20 mgs, but I don't wanna jump at a high dose if I can still make significant gains with the min dose.
This brings me to a question,
can one become less sensitive to a compound? for instance, if I wanted to run Var again for a second or third cycle, will I need a higher dose than in my first?
Anyway, I didn't update anything during days 1-4 bc I didn't really feel much.
It felt great when I realized the weight felt slighly easier and lighter. I uttered a silent EEEEKKKKKK to myself
The weights I used today were my max before, except in my squats.
Well, I think this is all I have to say for today.
Tomorrow I'll be resting and doing yoga.
