DAY 7

Due to time I'm not going to write all my workout today. I ended up doing Deadlift/Tris/and a little bit of abs. Left out Chest:oops: I was so tired after deads and said screw it, I'm gonna need a boob job after this cycle anyway. lol
btw, ladies... say good bye to your boobs. They are the first ones to go:(

Highlights of my workout: I added 10-20 lbs to my lifts!!
Had a couple of PRs:
Sumo deads- 185 lbs 2X1
Leg press- 360 lbs 3x8

woot woot!

I increased my dose to 10 mgs. Splitting 5 mgs AM and 5 mgs PM.
Ok, let's talk about sides I'm experiencing so far..

  • Mild back acne and one or two small red spots in my face. Nothing too serious, treating them, Asepxia soap is working great.
  • oily hair
  • Slight clit sensitivity and a little swelling. Not freaking out about it as it was expected.
  • Mood swings. I cried today for the first time in months.I also go through moments where I'm extremely energetic, friendly and loving.
  • I am not getting sore after workouts. It's great not dealing with DOMS everyday. I'm gonna start squatting 3X a week next week @rogerthat ;)
I'm taking:
  • 5 g glutamine
  • 1200 mg glucosamine
  • 500 mg taurine (helped a lot with painful pumps)
  • multivitamins, calcium, antoixidants
I will weight myself and remeasure body fat tomorrow.

I think this is all I have to report for now.
Week 2 is gonna be awesome!!

When you got time id be interesting in seeing your deadlift scheme to see if it's too much or if it can be improved so you can have the energy for chest after. Also congratz on the PRs! It's going to be a great couple months for you I'm sure! And score another beautiful woman squatting 3x a week nothing to complain about there :D

Interesting lay out, I think you'll see better progression if you focus on a core movement instead of doing them all at once. Not saying you can't do them all but try one deadlift day just conventional and Romanians because they are mimicking the same movement and your utilizing mostly the same musculature except for the added portion during the deceleration of the Romanian. Then the other deadlift day do your sumo and then stiff leg this would be the more hamstring centred deadlift day. But good job on not goin overboard with the total volume

Even with a boob job, gravity eventually finds a way to do its job.:(

I've been incorporating chest lately because I see that I finally have a solid upper body but it's apparent that I'm lacking a strong upper chest. Besides that, I feel so imbalanced and think it would do one's body good to be strong both in the front and back. Bring on the chesticles! Haha.

I used to never do chest! *hides*
 
I guess I may have forgotten the part that if you start AAS, you will most likely reduce the size of your twins and may need to invest into a new set... I've always been lucky, tiny all over but big chested...until recently, they went from 32-34DDD natural to 32B-C... well a good investment brought them right back up to 32G... keep in mind, fakies sit different and size in natural vs fake tends to be a bit different. I guess we can get into that once you ladies have the need for it or need more info

My fake boobs were totally botched and @TANGO.ECHO.KILO will only do me from behind now :( .... It really fucked up a lot in our life.
 
As a follow up, I am willing to inspect all breasts and give my professional opinion as to whether or not they need aftermarket parts. Just hit "Start A Conversation" and we're good to go. I promise to NOT violate patient/doctor confidentiality.... :D

I'm an ass guy what can I say...
I have a consultation with a surgeon coming up for my girl's tits. She's extremely lean and I guess this guy is one of the top rated in the country, he's telling me subfascial placement is going to be the best. On a very lean woman he says they will appear more natural and not sit as high and tight as submuscular. I don't really know though as I don't give a damn bout boobies...but if it makes her feel more confident or happy whatever. It's worth it...

On a serious note- My girl had her first consult with the top doc here. She's tiny and lean as well. He recommended the implants under the muscle, and we upgraded to the teardrop shape. After looking at the examples, it looks twice as good IMO. It was actually pretty cool, they did a 3d rendering of what it "should" look like.
