I'm an ass guy what can I say...
I have a consultation with a surgeon coming up for my girl's tits. She's extremely lean and I guess this guy is one of the top rated in the country, he's telling me subfascial placement is going to be the best. On a very lean woman he says they will appear more natural and not sit as high and tight as submuscular. I don't really know though as I don't give a damn bout boobies...but if it makes her feel more confident or happy whatever. It's worth it...
It all depends on the look she's after... I wanted the porn star boom... went with ultra high profile because my frame is small and didn't want side boobs overflowing, over muscle as I also compete plus train like a crazy woman and when doing fitness shoots, it just looks better and not squeezed by the muscle. That's my preference.
 
On a serious note- My girl had her first consult with the top doc here. She's tiny and lean as well. He recommended the implants under the muscle, and we upgraded to the teardrop shape. After looking at the examples, it looks twice as good IMO. It was actually pretty cool, they did a 3d rendering of what it "should" look like.
Yea there are so many different types and options now... it's pretty cool.
 
Ideally, ask to see the surgeons work... compare before and after... find ones you like and tell them exactly what you want...good surgeon will give options based on what you are looking for. And make sure they are a certified surgeon! There are many under qualified. Price sometimes doesn't indicate how good they are. Mine were 10k but there are ranges from 4K and up.

Then ask the surgeon who did his wife's, if he didn't do them, that should be a huge red flag.

I'm naturally a C cup. Well, was, bc they are quickly withering to nothing. I wanted to get a boob job anyway. The only reason why I never did was bc my ex strongly opposed to them. But heyyy, now I can do whatever I want! I'm thinking probably D's since I'm only 5'2".
Do you have silicone or saline @GearGodess ? I'm also wondering which method is better, under the breasts,through the nipples or armpits. I'm really excited to get them done, but not looking forward to being out of the gym for however long it takes to recover.
I do agree with @Crystal234, I do feel it's important to be balanced and have a strong everything. I won't make it a habit to skip chest day. Maybe one day I can be super kewl and bench press 135 lbs. I'd feel pretty bad ass.
 
My breasts are the last to lose fat size, but for women who do lose breast fat last, will the var or any other test make them shrink considerably? I mean, my diet is right on and cardio now 3 days a week on top of lifting and they are still the same size regardless of how much fat weight I lose. Sorry to hijack this thread...

Based on the experienced I've read most women drop about a cup size when AAs are used. I'm not exactly sure of the science behind it but breast reduction in females is one of the sides. Ironically, men can get gynecomastia.

well my ex had a fantastic set and it was armpit.looked great and natural and couldn't tell unless u looked real closely at tiny scar

LOL yes they make those and they make larger ones too... mine are ultra high profile (due to my small frame), cohesive get (aka gummy bears, silicone). It all depends on the look you want. I also went above muscle and my incision is a small one under my boob fold. If the surgeon is good with his technique then the scaring is minimal. Mine are nearly invisible. I went over the muscle because the recovery is faster as well the overall look is nicer IMO. Also when training you wont get your boobs squeezed, moved and deformed when chest muscles are flexed. You can see this on stage and pick which girl has under, which is over. The ones over have a nice smooth boob and the ones under tend to have them move and have weird shape in some positions. The recovery isn't too bad. I was out of the gym for 8 weeks, keep your diet clean and you will be fine. Then when you return, working chest feels a little weird at first but you get used to it.

DAY 9
Still taking 10 mgs daily, split in two doses.

I had to hit the gym really early bc I had to work all day. I literally dragged my a** during the whole workout. I felt very lethargic. I absolutely hated doing squats. I wanted to go for 135 but my lower back and legs were still sore from deads. Opted to just stay at 115 lbs and concentrate on really squeezing the muscles throughout each rep.
I could tell the increase of strength when I did shoulders. My mood improved a little bit. Decided to do some cardio as well. I have a photoshoot next week so I'm gonna start doing cardio daily to see if I can shed a bit of fat until then.

NOTES
  • A couple more blemishes on my face. Ive been avoiding using makeup, especially foundation. Only when I have to for work.
  • Clit is very sensitive. I've had THE most amazing orgasms. I can totally get used to this:rolleyes: kinda wish I weren't single right now. Although I have to say play time alone has been very fun.
  • I find myself thinking about sex during the day, more than usual
  • I'm drinking at least 1 gallon of water, I crave water
  • My upper body is starting to look more athletic. Got a compliment about my back today:)

Sounds like everything is going really well so far, minus the occasional feelings of being lethargic. I wonder when that will pass. It seems different per person but most females claim to feel lethargic in the beginning of their cycles.

I have 32DD's under the muscle and this is the main reason why I never did any chest exercises. I do now, but have to wear a high neck gym top to hide the ugly squeezing motion that you see my breasts do. It's so embarrassing! I opted for unders because they were supposedly more natural looking, but due to the fact that I've been very serious about lifting over the past few years, I want to trade them in for over the muscle now.

One question for ya, how do you deal with not being able to lift for 8 weeks during recovery? That's my biggest concern. I lose muscle sooo quickly and can already see my gains diminishing, just thinking about it.:(

And yes, in pretty much every female journal I read, they spoke about feeling lethargic. Maybe it's due to the fact you're training harder and the body is constantly working to repair? I've noticed I'm sleeping a lot more, or want to sleep more. I've been waking up at around noon some days. Haven't done that since I was in my teens!!
When are you leaving on vacation @Crystal234 ? I'm so excited for you to join me in this ride. It's pretty cool there was so many more females here in MESO and running Var :)

Double whammy to help the lathargic feeling. Take your var with some pink grapefruit juice there is an enzyme in it that assists in absorbing medication better and it also settles lethargy in some.

Your theory makes perfect sense. How has it been training 3x per week? Do you feel that it's intense enough? I tried a full/body 3x a week program last year but couldn't get used to not being able to fully burn-out a particular muscle group in one session.

I leave next week and plan to start cycle on April 1st. Can't wait! I'm a bit nervous though because I'm pretty sensitive when it comes to meds. Only one way to find out!
