The 8 weeks isn't that bad. Your body is in recovery mode and it's worth the wait. If you keep your diet super clean then you should be fine. For me personally I actually still ran a low dose of var and gh through my recovery and I didn't lose much. I still stayed just about the same..except the extra weight of my new "twins"... if I remember correctly, I started back up slowly with cardio and some light machine work, just to get my body moving and remembering.

And yes, over muscle is definitely the way to go if you lift or compete as it looks 1 million times better.

DAY 12

"REST DAY" - Somehow I spent 2.5 hrs at the gym today. First, I guided my dad through some exercises. I freaking love this guy. He was never about that pumping iron life, but he's almost 74 yrs old and comes to the gym 3x a week with me. He herniated 3 discs in a car accident and we've been working on strengthening his back/core muscles.
After that, I did 15 mins of "monster walk" in the stair master (glute work) + 30 mins extra in the stair master at a higher speed.
Threw in some hanging leg raises, cable crunches, side crunches.
Finished with a yoga and foam rolling sesh.

PROGRESS NOTES:
  • Current weight: 108.8 lbs (gained almost 4 lbs!):)
  • Measured my BF with calipers: 16.05% compared to 16.16% from 10 days ago. Happy I'm not gaining any BF at 40/40/20. My goal is to do cardio 3-5x a week from now on and hopefully shed a little more fat while continue to gain muscle mass.
  • Quads, glutes and shoulders are up by an 1"-1.5". (Loving this training plan)
  • Arms are still the same :( gotta step up my arm game. Need these guns to GROW!!
On another note, the spotting turned into a light period. Booo
Blemishes are clearing but skin is still a bit oily. Avoiding make up as much as possible.
I am getting more irritated at some things quicker than usual. Idk how guys deal with compounds like tren. 10 mg of anavar and I've wanted to smack the crap out of some people. Ventral breathing helps, lol.

Nice update! No gastrointestinal issues or loss of appetite since starting? Has the lethargy gone away?

Hey babe!
My energy levels are up again. Appetite is great. I was a bit constipated for a day or two, I figured it was from the prebiotic fiber in some protein bars I've been eating. I just increased my water intake and that helped.
No acidity, no tummy cramps, no bloating or anything.
Smooth sailing so far :cool:

When are you leaving on vacation? Can't wait for you to join me and read your log!!

I'm not on a deficit. I'm eating about 200 over maintenance with a 40/40/20
200g of carbs has been heavenly!

May reduce my cals and go on deficit in the last couple of weeks to shed a bit more fat. Gonna play it by ear.

A lot of good info in these threads. It's also entertaining to read bros talk to each other, some of you crack me up. I still have so much to learn about AAs, I'm truly fascinated.
As I read these threads, I find myself already planning my second cycle. Idk what I'm gonna do with myself when I have to take some time off. I think I'm gonna have the blues:(

I think I would like to experiment with Primo next. I was reading some of the posts from @GearGodess regarding primo (I even took notes:p). I'm not quite interested in taking oral primo as I'm a recovering alcoholic and cirrhosis runs in my family. I would like to avoid putting more stress in my poor liver. So I think primo E would be my best option. Please correct me if the notes I took are mistaken. Primo E has half life of 10 days, but in the case of a FEMALE it would be better to split the dose in 2 btw those 10 days. A total of 30-50 mg PER WEEK (Ex. every 5 days 15 mgs for a total dose of 30 mgs for the 10 days)
Am I getting this right?

I have a lot more to learn about pins and stuff. I will continue to read and educate myself. I still have months to do so. Ok, I'll stop rambling.

  • Got a compliment from one of the trainers today. She said my shoulders looked capped. Woot woot. Grow baby shoulders, GROW!
  • My period got heavier. Booo
  • Face is a little oilier and I get really red when I'm lifting. Makes me look angry:mad:
  • H2O intake is at around 1+Gallons

I say all the time the difference between Meso is all the extra stuff outside of just where to buy AAS and how to cycle. If more people got involved in more sections they would see what you see.

Also Im loving the log detail. Im starting a log before my meet in a few weeks and youve set a new standard. Keep it up.

Thanks! You guys are so sweet:) I want this log to be as detailed as possible so it can be a good point of reference to other females. I appreciate detailed journals as I have learned a lot from them. Someone of you keep incredible training logs!
 
Keeping a detailed journal is a good thing to do.helps u track what worked,what didn't, how u felt @certain dosages,sides gotten and how u managed them,PR'S ,movements that work for u and those that don't etc lol,like doing your own for record on top of your log here.

Primo for us is like tren for the boys...in my opinion. I absolutely love the compound and it is usually my base in any cycle. It is our liquid gold.

I recommend 30 - 50mg a week. I personally prefer my shots to being twice a week...for example Monday and Thursday. Primo does have a 10 day half life but for some reason I find the split dose keeps everything balanced versus calculating the full dose every 7-10 days.

Thank you so much for all this info. I've read Anavar and primo are a good stack. However, I think I'd like to run it by itself first and see how my body reacts to it. Would a cycle of 10-12 weeks would be ok for a beginner (virgin to primo)?
