DAY 33
TRAINING- SQUATS/DEADS/CHEST/TRIS
Didn't actually log all my training bc I had the great idea of training with my ex and well, I was kinda distracted with eye candy.
It was cool to have a spotter bench pressing though.
I didn't go heavy on my squats and deads.
I was too concerned about getting messy and didn't want to out-lift him.
Maybe raise suspicion of me juicing or something. I stayed with pretty light weight 135/155
Kinda sucked I'm not gonna lie.
I think I'm gonna re-do today's training tomorrow and put up real weight lol
I really shouldn't mix the gym and personal affairs.
On a side note, I started taking Albuterol today!! 4 mgs.
It made me a little shaky, increased my energy a bit.
Gonna be taking for 6 weeks.
Pretty excited to see what it does for me!
