DAY 33

TRAINING- SQUATS/DEADS/CHEST/TRIS

Didn't actually log all my training bc I had the great idea of training with my ex and well, I was kinda distracted with eye candy.

It was cool to have a spotter bench pressing though.

I didn't go heavy on my squats and deads.
I was too concerned about getting messy and didn't want to out-lift him.
Maybe raise suspicion of me juicing or something. I stayed with pretty light weight 135/155
Kinda sucked I'm not gonna lie.
I think I'm gonna re-do today's training tomorrow and put up real weight lol
I really shouldn't mix the gym and personal affairs.

On a side note, I started taking Albuterol today!! 4 mgs.
It made me a little shaky, increased my energy a bit.
Gonna be taking for 6 weeks.
Pretty excited to see what it does for me!

Never be ashamed by our lifting a guy! They should pick up their game not have you bring down yours. No person of the other sex is worth ruining a workout (my ex girlfriend strongly disagreed but thankfully I solved the problem)

I think my biggest fear was him thinking that I'm using steroids or something.

But yes, I agree. It really wasn't worth having a half ass workout.
You can tell my flirting game is lame when the first plan that came to mind was "let's go to the gym, wanna watch me deadlift?"o_O

Don't say that's bad flirting! That's my only move! I'm a deadlifting bear... Don't got to many moves. But even if someone says you are on steroids doesn't mean you are. From 18-22 I was always accused of being on steroids because of my energy and I was just naturally strong even when I was scrawny, I'm still accused every now and again so I just say yes now but then they don't believe me cause why would I confess so quick. MIND GAMES!
 
Wo wo wo easy now don't be planting any idears in here head about no boys while working out cause I got nothing beyond that:p just gotta bring the good kind to workout not the kind that spots you on your squat incredibly close. Bands and chains I personally think are for the upper level intermediate and advance there is a lot you can do without it first pause reps would be one of those for sure!
Pause reps are my favorite. Gets my core burning too.

In all seriousness, I dislike working out with people in general, women or men. A squat spot distracts me. Probably why I haven't progressed quicker or seriously considered competing. I need to get over this lonesome wolf thing I got going in the gym...

You are on your first cycle, the gains will never be this good again....you gotta get it while the gettin's good. Strike while the iron's hot. Plenty of time for fraternizing with the opposite sex outside of your workouts. It's 2hrs a day, make it count. Now get back in there and kick some ass chief...

it may be different with women idk, but for me personally and many other men report...the first cycle is the dragon, you will forever be chasing. Gains still come, but not like they do the first time.

My best cycle ever was 500mg/wk of Test. Thats all. Ive done cycles with dbol, sdrol, NPP, deca, Test, etc. Its all downhill after that first one. Its like after you throw you first costume party swingers orgy, each one after will never live up to it.

Agree. First cycle i blowed up and i lost bf. I was cut and Bigger then when i started.

Tried to do the same the next cycles. Didn't work the same lol :)
Probably all in my minds... Who knows.

Up at the gym could be OK if you really look bad without it (most of the women look like a 5 without makeup and then become a 9 with it).

Nothing better to see a girl all pretty and with make up lifting heavy ass shit! Too bad you didn't so you looked like a cardio bunny milf ahahaha ;)
 
Haters gonna hate.... But, they do have their place... :D

I use the smith a lot for shoulder press when my shoulders are aching. Great machine.

Also I touch the bar to my chest during bench. I don't bounce, just barley touch. It's like a switch for me. I come down slow and as soon as I feel the bar touch I flip that switch and get pissed at the weight. Some have seen my form in my videos. I would like to think I'm doing it right since my #'s are always going up and my chest is one of my best assets.
 
I plant my feet, retract my shoulders, clench my arse, arch and LIFT.

I touch right at the bra line and move up and a bit back. I saw a diagram of the movement represented as a line drawing and have replicated it ever since.
