I plant my feet, retract my shoulders, clench my arse, arch and LIFT.

I touch right at the bra line and move up and a bit back. I saw a diagram of the movement represented as a line drawing and have replicated it ever since.

I wish I could arch my back :(
It makes a huge difference. I didn't appreciate it till the day I couldn't have that commodity anymore.
It's ok, now I use more of my core by keeping my back completely flat.
My abs sometimes shake.
 
I use the smith machine sometimes. Its right next to the preacher bench so sometimes when im doing curls i'll hang my towel on it ;) lmfao

Oh your one of those. Umm.. Yeah I'm usually the guy that removes towels and water bottles on equipment that's NOT being used and then get on it. Hommie don't play that. Can't tell you how many stare downs I've had over that crap. Not cool bro not cool. Don't be that guy.

Ahh man :( i was just trying to make a funny, my gym actually has a couple areas set up with little shelves to put your stuff on.

Sounded like you were one of those guys who thinks he can claim multiple machines. I fucking hate those guys. But your right, I can clearly see where I read it wrong but your still making others think that it's taken by having your crap on it. Just sayin o_O

My gym gets freaking packed. It's a rather large two story facility but equipment is still hard to come by in there certain hours of the day. I don't have the time I used to so I gotta get in and get out. Theres no calling dibs.

Nah i feel ya, i dont try and do that shit, if i ever am using two things and somebody wants to use one i just let em have it. Luckily that almost never happens, there is never anyone here when im here.

It was rest day BUT I felt really guilty about wasting a training sesh the day before and well, had to make up for it.
Went ham on my legs and butt!

Pretty happy with the increase of strength I've been experiencing since I upped my var dose to 10 mgs

Sides: clit sensitivity (not complaining)
Hair and face aren't as oily as they were in the beginning.
My nipples are a little sore, kinda like when I'm about to get my period. I hope it doesn't show up. Ain't no body got time for that.
No increase of facial hair. I think I might've over reacted before. That one little hair might've been there before I started my cycle. It's probably the youth radiating out of my pores and welcoming to my late 20s:rolleyes:

I'm taking 4 mgs of Albuterol at around noon. May add another 2 mgs in the early evening next week.
No bad sides from it. Maybe just a little shaky at first, but nothing drastic.

I've also been eating ~200 calories more than before. Hopefully I can continue shedding BF like I have been doing up until now.

Took some progress pics of my back. I love the definition it's getting :)

I'm just wondering how the hell you get so candid photos of your back (especially the last one) my progress pics of my back are usually slanted selfies with the floor being more in the picture then me or the roof then if I set up the timer and make it perfect I flex there for 30seconds because I'm worried it hasn't taken it yet and turns out took the photo before I even flexed. You look great and congratz on the PR! A woman with a nice back is an amazing thing to look at! (From all angles *giggle giggle giggle*)
