•FEMALE LOG/ANAVAR•

I'm happy you find the advice helpful. I adore you right back. ;)

I agree with this since your current program isn't really made for supersets to be a necessity. But if you were to change your program up and wanted to alternate between muscles, supersets fit in nicely. @Masters Power is definitely right about supersetting back and biceps or chest and triceps, this really wouldn't work well imo. Biceps superset with triceps are good as well as chest with back.

100% agree and nothing to add!

You guys are the BEST ;)

I always work my large muscles before my small ones, by large muscles I basically mean my compounds first cause you need the most energy for those. But let's be honest here you don't have any small muscles . If you can superset them it wouldn't be bad like doing lay pull downs then hammer curls then 30 second break and repeat I suppose. Look how TNE sets up his workouts for the smaller muscles and his super sets.

It's going good get more time to myself and my job is stress free just manual labour so I can turn off my think tank most of the day which is weird. Puppy is mostly happy, he stays at my folks place with our 3 other family dogs and I pick him up every day do hang out but my place doesn't allow "big" dogs so gotta find a new place eventually but it'll do for now.

I always appreciate your input. Thank you :)

I'm glad everything is going well. At least you get to see your dog. I remember the other job options excluded your dog completely. He's prob happy to be w your parents and other furry friends .
Well, make sure to stop by every so often.
Xo

Thanks babe!
Since I have so much Anavar I was even considering running a low dose (5 mgs) post op to prevent catabolism and even speed up recovery.
What do you think? I'm terrified of losing everything I've gained in this cycle :(

I think your boobs look amazing! Would you like to increase their size?
It's kinda annoying that we have to keep replacing them every 10 yrs. I never understood why.
Did you consider having about 12 weeks post cycle if training and dieting to solidify your gains? Not sure how women and steroids really work, but i would imaging you might lose more gains getting the op done right after cycle than to wait a few weeks at least??

I think @Trapmonster might be onto something here. If it were me, I'd be too scared to have surgery immediately after my Anavar cycle since I didn't give my body time to get back to it's natural levels.

I'd be wary about taking even just 5mg of var per day during post-op recovery time since you were already taking var for 12 weeks prior. It's a tough situation babe, but I think it's better to be safe than sorry.

Plus a lot of pain meds are processed through the liver and anavar + other meds may be really too much for the liver to handle on top of the stress of the healing process.

Tbh, I'm not really sure what to expect.
I know that I'll be out of the gym for 4-6 weeks. I prob won't be able to start lifting heavy till ~8 weeks post op.
Truth be told, I'm bummed out. Kinda feels like I'm gonna lose everything I worked for during this cycle. However, I rather use the "off cycle" time to take care of the boob issue, so that when August comes I can go beast mode again when I run primo.

I'm gonna lose gains. It's inevitable if I'm gonna be out of the gym for so long.
Idk how I'm gonna keep my sanity :(
That's why I was considering running a low dose of var to prevent me from losing too much muscle.
@Crystal234 @Happycamper have a point though.

I really need to think this over and come up w a good game plan.

Thank you for your input guys.
This is one of those things that is gonna suck monkey balls.

Over the weekend, I was chatting with a figure competitor that does powerlifting on the off season. She basically told me that cutting calories and not lifting with the same attempted intensity as what we did during cycle is a sure way to lose gains. She's on her 5th cycle (three anavar runs, Primo and var, then NPP). She said get bloods #1, eat, and lift. Otherwise var is too mild to keep gains if you're not attempting to keep up with what you did on cycle. I was a little sad...already 48 hrs off anavar and the hardness and fullness is gone. I've definitely deflated a bit.

Nooo! I'm sad to hear that. I was going to ask you if you plan on updating your log with how it's been for you while being off. Would love to hear how your experience goes for post cycle. I'm dreading the days following after my cyle.

Yeah, it's going to suck either way. =(

some of the guys here told me the same.
Keep training w the same intensity, maybe less volume and eat.
I can totally see myself tempted to cut down the calories to prevent gaining fat. Gotta be super careful w it bc it's ED mind. I'm a little terrified of that psychological mindfuck.
So sad about the hardness and fullness. That's prob my fav :(
I guess it's all part of the game we are playing.

I think that's a great idea. Def will be useful info for other females in the future

I'm with you on all of this...I've been really trying to be healthy both of mind and eating/exercising habits. So far the cardio has been a bit excessive but I'm doing my best to have balanced meals 3x a day and hit protein and at least 1600 cals.

It's funny that I told myself at the beginning "I'll only do one cycle" LOL
I have already my second and third one planned out:oops:

I will keep my cal intake a little over maintance, cardio 3-4 x a week and keep it 40/40/20.

We just gotta figure out of way to make it work.
Ugh, I only wish I had gotten this damn Boobjob before this cycle. I had no idea my rack was gonna disappear like this.

I've got mine planned too and I've thrown in albuterol because you've been raving about it so much even tho I told myself no more fat burners

:/

I really like how mild Albuterol is. I'm taking tiny doses though 8 mgs a day.
I'm a little scared of taking anything over that bc I've suffered from cardiac arrhythmias in the past. After yrs of starvation and alcohol abuse I don't wanna put my heart though hell again.
Check out the pharmacist if you haven't.

It might be a good thing you're getting new bewbz after they're gone. If you got them prior to cycling, you would've lost the natural fat underneath anyway, and would probably want to get them redone. Just a thought.

Ooh, what's cycle #3?

Primo AND var:cool:

you're right though. I prob would've wanted a cup bigger after all the fat was gone.
It sucks so much that we have to take time off. I keep looking at that primo and I just wanna pin it! Lol
