I'm actually running it for 12 weeks so you haven't missed the show completely
Thank you for stopping by @Masters Power
Miraculously, I stepped out to check the mail today and there he was. I asked him about the packages. He checked and realized he placed it in someone else's mailbox!!! Two packages!!!
PS I think I speak for everyone that we're going to need to see pre and post op pics.
I think it would be cool to have a documented Boob job in the women's section. Not just saying that for tit pics.
Ah what in the fuck?!
Honestly, I have pretty much no expectations for the mail carriers. Mine are complete idiots. I had to go pick up a package at the post office once and they argued with me that I don't have a mailbox. (Which is a lie, I've always had one) the lady behind the counter proceeded to let me know she had opened up my package to try to find an invoice with a phone number on it to call me.
Why they just didn't leave the package on my fucking doorstep I've got no clue... Glad it worked out for you though!

I agree with you. @Devika would be a great lady to document everything too IMO. All of these female logs are great but this one in particular goes into a ton of detail and has a ton of good information. If I were a female about to embark on my first anavar cycle, the info in this log would be priceless.
With that said, a breast enhancement log would probably be worthy of a sticky if it were anything like this cycle log.
Ironic how there are gyno surgery logs for the guys and the opposite for the girls.
Devika maybe you should just take a bunch of dbol and hope for a gyno flare?
I would've been pissed about the mixup, too but luckily you got your stuff ready for round 2.
Yay for new bewbz. Happy for you. I remember how excited I was the night before my appointment. I hardly got any sleep because I couldn't stop thinking about it. If I had the funds right now, I'd totally get mine re-done. I think you'll be fine during the post-op recovery time and won't lose too many gainz.
Looking good, D!!
I noticed yesterday when catching up that you go back and forth on bicep and back movements. Is there a reason you do it that way instead of doing all of the back work first?
Squats are beastly these days great job D! Also looking amazing and picking a hot pink undies for that pic kills me. Keep up the good work! And if you do end up loggin the surgery I'm subd in for that .
I guess to give my back a little break btw sets and be able to do more weight.
You're the second person who asked me that. Maybe I need to reconsider?
You think I'd get better results if I just focus on one body part at a time?

I always work my large muscles before my small ones, by large muscles I basically mean my compounds first cause you need the most energy for those. But let's be honest here you don't have any small muscles . If you can superset them it wouldn't be bad like doing lay pull downs then hammer curls then 30 second break and repeat I suppose. Look how TNE sets up his workouts for the smaller muscles and his super sets.
It's going good get more time to myself and my job is stress free just manual labour so I can turn off my think tank most of the day which is weird. Puppy is mostly happy, he stays at my folks place with our 3 other family dogs and I pick him up every day do hang out but my place doesn't allow "big" dogs so gotta find a new place eventually but it'll do for now.
I personally do big muscles first and finish with smaller muscles. The smaller muscle groups are already primed and pumped by the time I get to them. Back and bicep split in particular I think it's always best to work your back and then your biceps. Otherwise, your back lifts will most likely not be as effective because your arms will be fatigued. If you work back first though, I find that my biceps are never fatigued badly enough to effect the lifts.
I do like switching back and forth for hypertrophy and conditioning though also. I think being able to utilize both methods is good. Chest/back - biceps/triceps - legs used to be one of my favorite bodybuilding splits with a lot of supersetting involved.
@Eman @RodgerThat
Have I ever told you guys how much I appreciate you?
Seriously, I absolutely adore you.
From the very beginning the advice you two have given me has been right on point.
Thank you so much!
Edit: @Masters Power you have now been added to the list of my MESO favs. Thank you for your feedback
I wouldn't even bother supersetting them
