Nah you've got me beat. That pic is a around 10 months old. I actually haven't been on anything for a few months now until today. Oh and I hated how I looked in that pic.

But I can understand how sometimes it's never enough. I'm my worst critic as well.
 
Haha i feel that, lowest i ever got was about 8 or 9 percent, and i felt like i was killing myself slowly.

NOTES-
•No sides except my hair is still shedding :( not thrilled about it, but putting up with it for now.
•I'm now taking 8 mgs of Albuterol (4mgs in the AM and 4mgs early afternoon)
•I'm eating so much! Super hungry at all times.
•H2O intake is still about 1 Gallon/day
• I need to be more diligent with my Taurine supplementation. I always remember to take it a little too late.

It honestly scared the living shit out of me. My leg did this playdough motion that left me paralyzed. It completely went the opposite way and snapped back up.
I thought about walking away from the leg press machine, but I said fuck it. 3 more sets.
Surprisingly my knee isn't sore today. I though the ligaments and tendons would be tender after that.
 
Looking fab, D! Damn, check out them veins! And please don't ever lock your knees again! Lol. Yikes. Someone told me there's a YouTube video of a girl who locks her knees while leg pressing, and they just snap.:eek::confused: I'm too chicken to watch it though. Don't want that to be you next, especially since you're pressing some crazy weight.

My dad saw me the other day and thought my vascularity was kinda gross lol. I was like, do you even lift bruh?
He doesn't :D

Similar thing happened to me too when squatting. I have to be so careful not to lock my knees. It really helps me to have them wrapped up.

Omg really??? That is so scary.
I went a little too deep in my press and in the middle of my desperate attempt to push the weight up, I did it too hard and fully extended my legs, locking my knees. My leg did such a creepy wobbly motion.
I will definately be extra mindful next time I leg press. I never wanna repeat that.
