Question. I guess this is more for @GearGodess... Do boobs grow back after a while of being off? Or is the loss permanent? My fiancé is almost depressed about her rack loss. I tell her they are perfectly fine, since it's still a handful for me but that doesn't seem to help her out. Do boobs just shrink while on and maybe a time after kind of like our testes on cycle then grow back? Or is it permanent? Sorry @Devika didn't mean to highjack

Sorry.... she will need to buy a new pair.... the only way she may get some size back is if she puts on a significant amount of weight then she'll gain the fat there too.... but they aren't something that come back once you stop.... just tell her to get a new fresh pair that will be a million times better than her old pair ;)

To be honest... it's not necessarily the need per say... it's more about how she feels and to be honest, I know I did mine for ME... to feel like a girl... AAS took mine too and prior to that I had them... I felt not a 100% complete without them.... so she needs to do them for her own good reasons...and then it's totally worth the investment...

Yeah, ive never told her cus its her body her decision. What i would tell her was that they were plenty big for me. Still are bigger than most average girls but it is her decision

NOTES-
I've been getting a lot of compliments at the gym :) My muscles look full and I'm super vascular.
•I'm still shedding a little bit of hair, nothing crazy but it's happening.
•I got my period. It hasn't been disrupted by this cycle. I've been getting it every month, the only difference is that it's a little heavier than usual. I guess it's good thing.
•Clit sensitivity and swelling disappeared. My libido is back to normal. Bleh:(
•No more blemishes on my face or back. Hallelujah!!
•Boobs are still gone lol. Actually, they got a tiiiiiny little bit bigger since I got my period.
•Still taking Albuterol 4mg in the AM and 2 mgs in the afternoon. Next week I'm gonna take 8 mgs total.



BF % (measured with calipers)

Weight: 107 lbs
BF %: 13.74
Lbs of body fat: 14.70
Lbs of lean body weight: 92.30


My weight isn't increasing as fast as I wanted BUT I'm still losing BF and replacing it with lean muscle.
I'm assuming Albuterol is working as I'm eating more than I was before. I was a little scared I'd put on fat but that hasn't been the case.

Comparing these number from when this cycle started I've:

LOST 2.42% of BF
LOST 2.27 lbs of fat
GAINED 4.27 lbs of lean muscle

5 more weeks to go. I'M EXCITED:D

Of course I'm gonna keep one! I haven't found any primo only logs. MESO definately needs to have a good one in the books, so I plan to keep it as detailed as this one.

I am honestly very pleased with the way this cycle is going. I knew from the start the gains were gonna be slow and steady. I didn't expect this amazing body recomp though.

I get a little sad when I think this has to end for a while.
Do you continue training the same way when you're off cycle? I'm not sure how I want to lay out my training plan during those weeks.
I'm not looking forward to experience DOMS again :(
I think the biggest challenge will be trying to keep as much muscle as possible without putting on fat.
 
I keep training routine the same but struggle to keep volume as high. You're doing great

I'm really trying to figure out how to set up my training once I'm off the juice. Idk if I'll be able to continue squatting 3x a week :(
 
Personally the doms for me comingnoff cycle havent been too severe, the biggest thing ive noticed is not being able to train 3 compound movements on the same day anymore haha. As far as soreness though i think you may find that as long as you keep consistent your body is just used to it and it wont be too bad. Maybe a little soreness, but nothing like when you first start lifting after a break and the DOMS are damn near debilitating haha
