•FEMALE LOG/ANAVAR•

Thank you for your feedback!
I'm really trying to figure out how to set up my training once I'm off the juice. Idk if I'll be able to continue squatting 3x a week :(

I would try to keep it as much the same as you can with maybe I bit less volume. I think lots of food is important as well. It seems to help the body agree with sustaining the new muscle.

Keep it the same, you just won't be able to sustain that volume, kinda brings you back to being a mortal, well at least from my own experience. For DOMS, it is essentially the lactic acid that is sitting in those muscles which make you sore, so foam rolling and kneading out (lacrosse ball) those problem areas before and after is good. I Foam roll religiously starting from ankles moving up the posterior chain. Lactic acid will eventually be pee'd out, foam rolling won't take away the soreness but it will reduce how long it lasts. Just my quick .02. Your making great progress btw.

Personally the doms for me comingnoff cycle havent been too severe, the biggest thing ive noticed is not being able to train 3 compound movements on the same day anymore haha. As far as soreness though i think you may find that as long as you keep consistent your body is just used to it and it wont be too bad. Maybe a little soreness, but nothing like when you first start lifting after a break and the DOMS are damn near debilitating haha

Thank you @insaiyan93 :)
I figured I might as well start preparing myself mentally for when my super powers are gone lol
I remember I used to get such bad DOMS after squatting. My legs were sore for a good 4 days. I guess I'll find out how it goes in a few weeks.

I really appreciate your input. Thank you so much guys :)
I want to start preparing myself from now so that I don't feel lost when this cycle is over.

Would be interested to know how it goes for you. As guys we really don't know. Our bodies are different and we run completely different stuff. The guys saying they don't get sore are full of it. If they don't it's cause they never really trained like a mad man on aas and they didn't come off completely. I come completely off and it's fucking depressing watching my numbers go down and being sore all the time. Yeah it passes but for that first month it sucks ass. I also come off to my low T though so it hits me a little harder then most. Anyway it would be cool if you logged it so future women know what to expect. Plus if it's logged you know the community will jump in and help motivate and push you. Just a thought

Not saying we dont get sore so much, its more that its not the more hardcore soreness that a newbie or someone who has taken a couple weeks off might experience due to lactic acid buildup. Even before i used the juice after a while i stopped experiencing the more sever DOMS.

D and I are planning on running our next cycle at the same time. So excited! And yes, plan to see a couple of detailed female Primo cycle logs in the near future.:)

Well I would hope you didn't get sore like you just started lifting cause that would mean your really doing something wrong. Also your 22 bud. when you get in your mid 30s and your T is fucked up cause you cycled when you were 22 your ass will be sore. Talking from experience not just picking on you.

Fair enough. I thought Devika was in her mid 20's though, maybe im wrong, but i thought i remember seeing her post that she was like 26? So she may have a more similar experience as someone my age, as opposed to someone in their mid 30's.

Being sore is relative. I get sore when I change exercises or when I start incorporating superset with lots of reps.

In strenght training I got sore the first week maybe two max. Then no soreness anymore and I was increasing weight every day so the intensity was there :)

It's really personal. I can feel pain after I have lift too heavy but that's not a good sign.

Off cycle just train as usual but keep it shorter. You can still do well and increase weight, at least that's what my gf did after her first anavar cycle.

My research into all things post cycle have suggested that all compounds - anavar included - mess with your HPTA function. Of course the degree in which happens is individual, but expect your natural hormone levels to be funky coming off. One of the biggest causes of muscle loss after not eating enough is hormone imbalance - so we must do everything we can to work against this and minimize what is naturally going to happen. Guys have the advantage of cruising with test and not worrying, but we do not. So for me, I will eat at maintenance calories, keep protein high, moderate fats and carbs (not cut them) stimulants minimal, intensity of my lifts high, lower the volume and rest a lot. Then I will get bloods after a month post cycle to make sure I've leveled out and then cut until I start my next cycle.

This protocol is the best way to keep gains, level out my hormones, and feed my body to sustain the new muscle I put on during cycle is what I've concluded through anecdotes and scientific evidence.

It's going to be tempting to enter into a cut right away to minimize fat gain, but I think that will be more harmful than good in our situation. I will continue cardio instead of a drastic cutting.

Totally, Odie.

I will keep a detailed log like this one. This board could use a couple of primo only logs.
I've heard Anavar gains are pretty keepable for the most part (with proper diet and training) but I'm sure the shock of being a simple mortal is gonna suck monkey balls regardless.
I'm gonna miss all these veins and striations :(
I'm gonna look at the time off cycle as a challenge. To keep as many gains as possible, nurture my body for the next cycle and will continue to train as hard as I do now.

Yup. I'm 27... Turning 28 in a couple of weeks :(

Thanks Sampei.
I'm gonna continue the same type of training. I guess I'll find out what it feels to come off in just a couple of weeks. It may surprise me and not be as awful as I'm expecting.

Subbed for the up coming log. I've seen what primo does to chicks and it's pretty amazing.

Yeah your veins will fade some but no biggy. They come back easier next time. I actually keep most of mine so you may to. The only one that really goes away and never stays is the lower stomach vein for me.

You will have to put in a little extra work to maintain once your off. Don't lose sight of your goal.

You look amazing, Odie.
Maybe after a couple of cycles I can look like that lol

Nah you've got me beat. That pic is a around 10 months old. I actually haven't been on anything for a few months now until today. Oh and I hated how I looked in that pic.
