Had to cut my workout short due to major cramping and painful pumps. Forgot to take taurine.
NOTES-
•No sides except my hair is still shedding
not thrilled about it, but putting up with it for now.
•I'm now taking 8 mgs of Albuterol (4mgs in the AM and 4mgs early afternoon)
•I'm eating so much! Super hungry at all times.
•H2O intake is still about 1 Gallon/day
• I need to be more diligent with my Taurine supplementation. I always remember to take it a little too late.
