Yea! ...You women suffer a lot over your girls...but I get it. BlueDress had hardly anything before and would have had a chest like a dude - especially with that pec line coming in. She looks totally woman-curvy now, fills out dresses nicely, and she is so happy with that. I'm glad she went D but not overboard...The Junior High version of myself would have easily recommended that at one time!Thank you, SC!
Training legs 3x a week has def paid off. One of my goals starting this cycle was to get thicker legs, so far it's been a success.
As far as implants go, I'm thinking silicone, over the muscle. Like you said under looks more natural, but I've heard of girls getting ripples when doing chest exercises.
I'm leaning towards over the muscle for that reason.
After all the feedback I've received here from you guys, I'm going to wait a couple of weeks off cycle before I go under the knife. I get really sad thinking about all the gains that I'll lose being off duty for weeks, but @RodgerThat 's post made me feel better.
I didn't think about doing exercises with elastic bands, at least for the lower body. That gives me hope.
Man, the things we do for a nice rack
I thought about Bluedress when I did shoulders today. It was def a good motivation!
How is your cycle going? Are you keeping a log as well?
K sorry I was not knowing the rules.
Please don't link me the rules now.
I was cool with that. Thank you.I didn't link you the rules, I linked you to the new members section to introduce yourself and meet more people.
I have under the muscle implants and might notice a tiny bit of rippling from the sides if I'm bending over as well.Yea! ...You women suffer a lot over your girls...but I get it. BlueDress has rippling or "Scalloping" as she calls it - mainly when seen from the sides, only when she's bent over and naked ....and so hardly ever visible to anyone except us. It bothers her only a tiny bit (Doesn't bother me at all!) and she wishes she got silicone instead but I doubt she'll ever go back for a redo. I've rarely seen rippling otherwise with hers - even when she's low BF. She was adamant about not having "balloons" under the skin and I think was a wise decision to go under the muscle. Either way, fork out the big $ now and get it done right - only once.
In terms of my log - look for mine in summertime!
Let's hope never! HahaAfter reading all these posts about breast enhancement options all I can say is thank god I don't have tits.
Edit: yet...

I also got saline but will switch to silicone next time. So many things to consider. Hope this is all helpful rather than confusing you more, @Devika .
Atta way girl! We love having you here too. Congrats on the mass gain while simultaneously dropping BF (and hopefully a ex BF so I don't have competition ) seems you broke the laws of physics so there is nothing you can't do!
With the pull ups and the rows you don't need a lot of additional bicep work. They are why your biceps felt exhausted when you started the direct work. They had already been hit hard.
I did a lot of direct bicep work for years when training in a bodybuilding style but have maintained over 18 inch arms with next to no direct bicep work for at least the past five years while powerlifting.
