DAY 59 & 60
Rest days and my 28th birthday
I really really wanted to hit the gym but had to do bday stuff with the family.
I was ready to kill my workout today after 2 days off.
DAY 61
TRAINING- SQUATS/SHOULDERS

OMG 5 lbs away from 200 lbs
Leg press

1x8 440 PR!!
DB shoulder press

Arnold press

Rear Delt flys

Face pulls (high pulley)

Went easy on my shoulders today. My left shoulder isn't there 100% yet.
NOTES-
I'm still shedding a lot of hair. I think so far this has been the most annoying side.
I can see my hair thinning a little too, especially around the hairline
I even considered terminating this cycle a little sooner. I also just wanna get that damn boob job and get it over with.
I'm gonna try to hang in there so I can make May 31st the last day of this Anavar run.
I feel like my hair is begging me to stop. I get so sad every time I find it on my clothes or on the floor.
Other than that, not getting in as much cardio as I would like. Will make an effort to do more of it in the next few weeks.
