Official prep log to first shows

What’s up!

Food drops will begin this upcoming week as. My body is responding well right now. Officially 19 weeks out. Prep drugs will come in on the 13th. For now we will use food to to the driving.

Gh just got upped today as I’m finally over the water retention hill and down 8lbs this week in water!!

Now doing 2iu sero, 2iu generic pre bed.

Gh to me is very person dependent so will say they get an extra pump from gh preworkout but for me it just made me extremely tired going knot my training sessions as I was injecting it ab 2 hours before. For me pre bed works best and I’ve seen a sleep increase and better recovery!

Cardio is at 6x25 fasted

I don’t know what has happened to my body but my metabolism is absolutely churning. Zero changes have been made and I wake up leaner every morning. Funny this am I was actually flat lol and I’m still in a “surplus”.

Genetics have been added back in at 2iu along with the seros at 2iu

My fiancé is now becoming my training partner! I can NOT stand to train with anyone other than her. Shes a national bikini competitor but trains harder than any dude in my gym. She’s just has a great way of pushing me and idk why but I throughly enjoy working out with her. She’ll also be doing my cardio etc with me as well during prep as it’ll give her something to do.

Any of you workout with your significant other?

My SO follows me around like a scared kitten in the gym and just does what i do with less weight lol
can't say she pushes me, but she wouldn't go otherwise, so I'm happy i can push her to go and get healthier and happier!

Makes me happy just being with her, and we have a lot of fun, even though she complains that i grunt to loud, and I flex to much in the mirror lol
 
Pictures from yesterday!! Body is on a damn roll. I checked in today and lost 2 lbs since Saturday so got a good bump. 15g carbs added to every meal on both training and rest days basically.

Nothing has changed but my body is running. Ever since I dropped the generic gh from 10 and switched to pharma and generic my body has dropped so much water and my rhr has dropped by 5 pointsIMG_5695.webp
 
I think of the peri workout window as the anabolic window. I don’t take insulin before I enter the gym. I take it with the pre meal. We know if using novorapid or humalog that it has a 3-5 hour half life, so I want it in the shuttle my preworkout nutrition so that I’m as fully glycogen and eaa loaded going into my lifts as possible, then I’ll have my intra which is 60g carbs from Gatorade powder. 1g salt. 10g eaas and the slin will also be shuttling these intra workout. Then by the time I’ve completed the workout I’ll still have exogenous slin in my system and these two half lives will cross paths so once I inject the 4iu an hour or so later I’m now at 8-12iu(in total dosing) while my postworkout meal is going down.

Pre meal is 120carbs. Intra is 60. Postworkout is 120.

I take my gh pre bed all 10iu.

I was using it all preworkout but I have had better sleep benefits pre bed and I hate brining multiple syringes to work so it’s easiest to slam it pre bed. Only time I’ll split dosing is in contest prep
