Nice. Only 30,000lbs total tonnage, lol. Should be smooth sailing. I really need to work back up to some serious weight. Used to have a decent standard on everything, but never at the volume like you. Nowadays you all make me look like a little bitch. Glad the ride is a fun one, because I've got a long way to go!

Alot of guys (younger) do alot more volume than me , look at Odies log , Brutus & JB"s log , those guys do 20-30 plus sets per bodypart , which I did too at their age . Nowdays I rarely go over 10 or 12 sets per.

Odie is a beast, for sure. Need to get caught up through his, then I'll definitely be checking out the other two.

When you think about it as being on a set per body part system then yeah, you could think that 10 sets is not high volume. It's just that you are killing ten sets of squats I think that impresses me. That's some metabollically demanding shit right there. When I was on a five day split, yeah i'd run at least 15 per bp, but it was always broken up over a bunch of stuff. A bunch of stuff that was easier on the body than all those squats, lol. The usual 3x10 or 5x5 squats, hop to the leg press, burn out on the leg extension type routine. Rarely do you see us mere mortals going purist and staying in the rack for a whole session, and for good reason (it hurts like a bitch getting used to it, lol).

I really like your training style man. This is really what I've been gravitating towards getting back into this. I've been trying to put together a home setup, for various reasons, and this no nonsense mentality sits well with me, and makes more sense with less equipment. Easier to track progress, easier to focus on, and all highly functional, ass kicker lifts.

See, now you've got me all fired up. Time get my ass in gear and make the drive to play it again today. Hopefully they have the oly bar I've been looking for. I need more weight!
 
10 days in and I still feel great , some bad sleep (no nightsweats yet) just getting about 6.5 hrs a night . The PIP has stopped , I had it the first 5 days some , not bad but still some pain .Now theres none , so I must be used to it .

Just curious how long it was after pinning before you really felt the PIP?
 
About 3-4 hrs after pinning there was some mild pain and for a few days later . Last couple days next to nothing . There was never redness or swelling ...
For some reason, I can't get any PIP from mine. But I will tell you this.... I hit the bottom of my first 20ml vial, I do 100mg ED, but there was 1.5 left in it. So this morning I went ahead and pinned it. The past two hours have been a rush to say the least. Be easy on that comp. It will reach out and grab ya.

Interesting, I hit the bottom of my vial today to and immediately got the metallic taste in my mouth and the cough.
 
Is it because shit is settling? Should you shake this stuff up before each draw? I'm hitting tren for first time, so fresh bottle, didn't notice any PIP whatsoever.

I've seen Tren from one source that appeared over time to have mildly started to crash. A few good shakes and it was fine. Wonder if that's what may have happened?

I ran Tren for over eight weeks before I got the metallic taste, burning feeling in sinuses, and tightness in chest. To this day I still haven't had Tren cough like a lot of guys have, but have had mild coughing a few times. I think different people react different ways, and it's real dependent on the blood flow in the area at the time of pinning.
 
Im going to mention my shoulder workout yesterday . Another epic day , felt some breathlessness after hard sets but still doable . 6 sets of progressive seated DB presses followed by 6 sets heavy barbell standing military presses .

I then tryed that heavy one arm side lateral raise that was talked about here (video) . After proper warm-up I hit the one arm lateral using 35lbs then 50lbs . Ouch . I did 8 reps (each arm) then 6 then 5 then 4 . Hard ! And feels effective too ! Love it !
No more 15lb db side laterals !! Im goin heavy from here out , just hope my rotator cuffs can keep up !
