I do the lateral raises, against the advice of my chiropractor. But at anything over 30lbs I pay dearly for days, and it's not the good kind of pain that means growth. Good luck OGH, hope your shoulders can take it better then mine.

Gonna try this today as it's shoulder day.
Duly noted and I'll try this as a finisher for delts, and will start light then get heavier the next sets.Just do a few heavy sets at the end of your delt workout MLW . Dont overdue it !
Disclaimer : Dont blame me for injury ! lol
I go as heavy as 20lbs for laterals and front raises, and anything heavier than that my shoulder girdle hurts for days too! My shoulders do have some issues like an impingement due to an improperly set broken left clavicle.I do the lateral raises, against the advice of my chiropractor. Yes, definitely keeping it under control and certainly I will not go way too heavy. I've had enough shoulder injuries to know what that's likeSame here. Seems like that would tear up the shoulder but like dude said, "muscle it up" so I guess he means keep it under control.
I have been working up side laterals. My ortho doc told me under no circumstances do front laterals. He also told me no overhead presses, but can't make shoulders grow with out them lol.I go as heavy as 20lbs for laterals and front raises, and anything heavier than that my shoulder girdle hurts for days too! for seated OHP's try the machine if your gym has one, and try it with light weightI have been working up side laterals. My ortho doc told me under no circumstances do front laterals. He also told me no overhead presses, but can't make shoulders grow with out them lol.

That's why I run the EQ with Tren. I'm over four weeks on Tren and I can eat more now then when I started lol. I assume the EQ is the reason but I'm always hungry. The tren is killing my appetite ! I can barely get thru a 4 egg ham/cheese omelet....

You stole my line. I always run a lil' EQ with tren. Always. Just for that reason, plus it seems to lessen some of the sides. Well, except for sweating. I sweat even more, all day long with that combination. That's why I run the EQ with Tren. I'm over four weeks on Tren and I can eat more now then when I started lol.
