~Ogh"s Old Geezer Tren Run....

I notice the tren gives me alot of energy too. I crushed 70 hrs this week in the Texas heat + workouts and about ~5hrs slumber a night. For the most part minus residual fatigue I feel like a champ. Pretty cool huh OGH?
Damn all that on 5hrs a night. Whats that shit got in it? Crack lol. Seriously though I would like to know how it effects sleep like that an how the hell it can keep the body functioning normally from the lack of it? Maybe its MAGIC or maybe I need to start digging deeper into the ol TREN trend lol.

Its not a coffee or cocaine/speed type hype , its more like less fatigue w/ less sleep . This sht ought to be in the military backpack! Hell yeah , I feel like takin out some terrorist !

See that's the kind of talk that makes me want jump on the tren train. It might be a few years before I get around to it but damn its going to be hard to wait that long lol.

I believe the nazi's were experimenting with testosterone on their soldiers? Or maybe just rumor. Either way we really don't need it. I can tell you first hand the amount of sheer aggression and determination a 100 marines has over the enemy. And these are just kids. Most are not on anything. Test maybe but I don't see Tren be effective at all on the battle grounds for one simple fact....it affects the !!!cardiovascular system!!! Just .02 though:)

True. Cardio is HUGE on the battlefield. Not so much how you bench tho. But I would of gave anything to have tren flowing thru my veins when we were kickin in doors. They could of just equipped us with k bars and we could of cleared all of fallujah in half the time. Lol:rolleyes:
 
Ok , so tren has been ruled out on the battlefield because of decreased cardio, its gotta have other uses that have never been explored .....??
 
Really who knows? I was injected with all sorts of shit when I was in. They don't tell you what it was. One of em was the "peanut butter" shot. It was so thick they would make you roll on your ass to smooth it out! Who fuckin knows man. Who knows...

I did a pyramid 130x10-180x10-220x10-260x10-310x8-350x8-310x8-250x10

Damn that's some volume. 350x8 is one thing, but it's a whole nother thing six sets in, lol. Impressed. I'd be all but crippled for days after that. . .

No , 300x10x10 is volume . Try it sometime , its worth working up to . Ive only done it once .

By doing so many light sets in the beginning , my muscles are totally warmed-u and the heavy sets are like butter , smooth . And injuries are rare ...

This was without a belt , but I"ll be using a belt from here out after the warm-up/lighter sets ...
 
Nice. Only 30,000lbs total tonnage, lol. Should be smooth sailing. I really need to work back up to some serious weight. Used to have a decent standard on everything, but never at the volume like you. Nowadays you all make me look like a little bitch. Glad the ride is a fun one, because I've got a long way to go!
