True. Cardio is HUGE on the battlefield. Not so much how you bench tho. But I would of gave anything to have tren flowing thru my veins when we were kickin in doors. They could of just equipped us with k bars and we could of cleared all of fallujah in half the time. I generally do pyramids myself and I then go where I can at least get one rep up for the max.When I get tired of doing "working sets" I revert back to Pyramid style training . I switch back alot , breaks the boredom of working sets ...
Damn that's some volume. 350x8 is one thing, but it's a whole nother thing six sets in, lol. Impressed. I'd be all but crippled for days after that. . .
