I might do this in Alaska working next month . I got excess to some light weights & dumbbells , probably do a bunch of GVT 10x10 training to take advantages of those light weights .

Its a great break away from the brutal heavy workouts on cycle .
Id just start out with 10's an when it becomes unbearable switch immediately to 5's an keep pumping. Ain't no shame in my game. As long as I get a great blown out pumped up feeling, I could give a shit less what kind of weight I use really.
 
I actually did give this a try but stopped after a week or so. Haha call me a pus but I had to lower the weight even more. The burn is so intense I couldn't get all the way through my sets, even with the weight lowered. I would imagine if anyone were to stick to that program it would indeed put on atleast some kind of size. I wonder how long it would take for your arms to get used to it to where you no longer see results. Damn body is funny like that. If you put it into the same routine day in an day out you stop seeing results. Now what kind of shit is that? Muscle confusion it is then haha

Im trying to use 5-3-1 , 5x5 and 10x10 routines , all at different times .
I really like heavy/low reps on cycle and then 10x10 cutting off-cycle ;).
 
I did it for a few days. I believe he said to do it with 20 lb DBs. Shit I had to drop down to 15s to even come close to getting all my reps. It's brutal

I can bulk up with the best of them on tren.... Got up to nearly 260 a few years ago. I was a beast, but a beast that couldn't clip my toenails. Just time to chisel that physique up OGH!!! It can be done. I'm proof.

Im still on & off the road and I miss my home computer big time . Damn smartphones are driving me crazy ---lameass spellcheck , its made me look stupid a bunch of times . If I could reach in there and pull that spellcheck bitch out of there I would , by the throat...( I try turning it off & it comes back on)

I would never do it on purpose. I put that on your 4 plate pumpin chest, id never do that on pourpose lol. Well im up 175 from 165 an lookin swole in tje gym. This one guy actually asked me my training method lol. Made me feel good. I told him its not all about heavy weight....well atleast for me anyways. I like tut an blowing the muscles up with as much blood as possible then feeding them REAL FOOD.

I get so sick of people asking for workout advice. As of last week I started telling them I don't even lift.

Good job on the 10 lbs. I to am gaining, not sure how cause I'm completely off everything. My body changed rapidly after dropping the tren. Arms actually measured just shy of 21" yesterday after my arm workout. :)
 
Ya know whats awesome OGH. When you're younger you worry about when you're going to peak and then dread the thought of continuing to lift after that and not make progress. In fact get weaker cause you've peaked and it's all down hill from there. Well guess what...we're both in our 50's and you're still getting pr's and I know I'm not getting any weaker. Limited sometimes by old injuries...yes... but still getting stronger. I don't worry about when I'll peak anymore. I have no idea when that will be. All I know is that me at 51 could kick the shit out of me at 31 and that's fucking awesome!!!!

I've said the same thing here Mel - my 55 yr old self would humiliated my 35 yr old self .By a lot too. Yes we are both good examples of very fit 50 yr olds.

Hey OGH,i did it for a cpl months but stopped cause i had a bunch of ink work on my inner arm and i never started again, but im gonna.
Also i think its 100 hammer curls and 60 skull crushers with 12lbs 3 sets no rest. The pump is unreal.
@Skull you should give this a go i think you will love it, do it right before bed.

It should be 100 skulls though since your triceps are 2/3 of your arm right?? Fuck it 100 of both.:D
 
Wait till next month when I start my dbol, test, deca and EQ bulk. Now that I got a job that allows me to work out with no interruptions im going big. I'm gonna reinvent the wheel on this bulk. Gonna be eatting a steak dinner and wash it down with a JB style steak/Shake.

Actually I'm toying with the idea of runing Tren at a very very low dose but I'm not sure yet. May use it towards the end to tighten up. That's what I did on my last bulk

Have you ever used EQ??
