Id just start out with 10's an when it becomes unbearable switch immediately to 5's an keep pumping. Ain't no shame in my game. As long as I get a great blown out pumped up feeling, I could give a shit less what kind of weight I use really.I might do this in Alaska working next month . I got excess to some light weights & dumbbells , probably do a bunch of GVT 10x10 training to take advantages of those light weights .
Its a great break away from the brutal heavy workouts on cycle .
