So here's a little story about a fucktard I know doing some truly stupid shit. Hope I get at least 1/3 as much help as ridicule lol here goes.

It's about money, I found the best source I'd been able to recognize in my life and that source takes a whole host of payment options, none of which I was currently set up to use or the ones I could I wasn't fluent enough with to effectively just.. fuckin.. PAY somebody right the first time with..

I chose to use wise transfer, was provided with the information for a regular wire/bank transfer in the same email from the plug but as obvious as it was in hindsight i didnt make the distinction between the 2 sets of info before i hit send.. N guess what I did?

I set up the wise app and thought I was litterally just doing a wise transfer but ended up doing this thing where I sent my money to a bank account as per the account listed next to the wise info (for bank transfer only) but used enough of the wise app info that the source couldn't see the transfer into the account when it was made but apparently couldn't touch it either (name don't match account = inaccessible?..) when it payed out to the account

So the protocol is usually when you fuck up like that you call your bank and they have a process of working to get your money back, the source recommended I do that, so I did and the bank wants detail I cannot fucking give them for obvious reasons lol self incriminate after that shit would be the height of salt in an open wound.

So now I'm trying to figure out how to mend this and get my money back or even shit.. just a portion of it store credit if the money did get into the company account but idk if it did or how this works.

Any insight, and I mean any and all is welcome rn. It wasn't a ton of money by most people's standards but it was money I didn't have to just lose, was going to resell and get it all back within a week and sit on free gear. But now I just want to hear from any/everybody with knowledge pertinent to my position in this self created problem right now.

Fuckin call me whatever you want but at least if I'm fucked for the money maybe the next impatient ignoramus comes across this and dosnt get so trigger happy they fuck themselves like this.

What they usually do is just sending a notification asking for allowing to pull the money back, far from bank regulation.

Now Wise is a great EMI and they do have some knowledgable people, however, like Payoneer (who is setup a little different though) use freelancer help. That means often they use Indians or Philippines to handle support with basic training, so you might need to call a few times getting someone good.

Now to track your money you should have received a tracking number, email or history slip, even if it was sent wrong with wrong details. Heck if you can just give your account information they can track all transaction from always and find it no problem, so tracking is the least of the problems.
Lastly, why you sent the money and to whom for what can be a fabricated story, just play outright dumb. Their job is not to prove you wrong, just to understand, and Wise even allow for donation sending so there is a myriad of explanations you can have.

Meaning, call them again, track it down, ask for a return since you really don´t understand how to send, explain why only if they ask, and hopefully the receiver haven't spent it all.

Sorry if I misunderstood any part, I use international transfers regularly and have somewhat experience, but no professional.

Thank you! and yeah the app provided a pdf file format receipt with all of that information on it. I just got done emailing wise about it, keeping it bland and true to the "for dinnerware" note made on both ends for the alibaba and wise side transaction.

I mean I have every detail up to the trace id# ect, exact singular and precise stuff. It's a small enough amount and the account it went too is the same one listed as belonging to the source, or some arm of the organization and with how little it was in comparison to litterally everything else I've seen them deal with or do, I'm not worried about them stealing from me or anything janky lol they far from need my money

Just want to keep the fucking u.s side as out of it as I can, all the red tape, bullshit requirements and tedious garbage.. the fucking list of requirements they gave my wife to meet and what they "needed" out of her was fucking ridiculous. I've noticed a thing on these boards man, if a member comes along out the blue and displays some skill with the English language and uses 3 4 ot 5 silable words more often than fuck/pussy/faggot/cocksucker and they leave lengthy threads there's always one or two like that come out the woodwork and completely blaspheme members like that.
