44 years old, back in the gym for about 4 years now. I recently swapped over to "power building" workout. it seems I stalled my progress with high volume and hypertrophy style workouts. I work construction, proper rest and macros are always a challenge. not a big guy at 5'5 165 - 170 pounds. currently running 800 enanthate, 500 deca weekly. I joined to lurk the powerlifting forums to see what I could learn from seasoned lifters. I'm not getting older, I'm getting better.

welcome to the forum.
44 is mid range around here.

your cycle doses are pretty stout, probably overkill if its properly dosed gear.

I get bloodwork panels every year, stay on top of blood pressure etc. everything looks good so far. I have been told I could gain a bit of vascularity by reducing test. I appreciate the welcome.

Same thing my UGL supplier has told me in the past. My reasoning is to stay aggressive at work. possibly 400 to 600 test may give the same results.
