Old man tren update

Im on four of those. Ill pick up the rest asap. Thanks for your kindness and help.
You bet.

The only thing I forgot to mention was a good sleep stack. I use a combination of glycine, mag glycinate, and theanine. I don’t get insomnia from tren (a lot of people do tho) but I find it hard to sleep on my low carb days especially on Reta with it revving my BMR. I’ve also used “hit the rack” from Justin Harris’ Troponin Supplements (no affiliate code or monetary relationship) which has worked well.

Man, I cant thank you enough for getting me up to speed. Ive been reading for hours now. Im glad I reached out to YOU. Ive got some buying to do and happy to do it. I have lisinopril to help with my BP also.

Another update. Past few days (about 2 weeks since stopping Tren ace) have noticed a bit more DOMS and symptoms of physiologic “stress”. Still running test / mast with PWO Anadrol a few days per week. Will likely start dropping volume down a bit to ensure proper recovery as bodyweight continues to drop. It’s not a huge issue but I can see why Tren is fairly indispensable for the last 4-6 weeks of contest prep. It’s just magic for pushing you through, but long term not a great idea to have a chemical on board that’s putting your body’s stress response / signals on mute. Did my usual ~ 2 hr full leg session yesterday after a low day and got through it but felt like I got hit by a truck. Gotta get used to life without Tren for a while.

Well men, a friendly reminder to adjust your training volume down (by a lot) and bolster your recovery resources when coming off tren. I can see why people follow tren cycles with just HRT / health phases. Theres such a massive difference in recovery capacity coming off of tren. I’ve been feeling really quite beat up after my sessions, though I’ve also been dieting for nearly 7 months, which is far too long and will be coming to an end shortly. I do think I will run hex or enanthate next time for several reasons but mainly to prevent this abrupt crash from the acetate clearing so quickly. The slower elimination of those longer esters might mitigate some of these recovery nuisances.

Main thing to share with everyone especially is older fucks is Tren is godly but be mindful just how inhuman you are on it. Your stress signaling is basically on mute. If you’re eating enough you’ll get very strong very quickly, and you should stay disciplined in keeping rep ranges 10-12 so as not to go crazy heavy. And when coming off, especially on acetate, be ready for a sharp decline in all of these wonderful features, namely the recovery and stress management.

4 days off tren myself and noticed the worst night sweats were two days after disco. Strength and drive wasn’t a ton different while on but I always push pretty hard. I do (cautiously) increase volume on cycle to see if I can leverage increased recovery which was a yes with tren but never had any rep PRs or feeling like strength shot up.

Now I gotta wait to see what happens when the water comes off from tren’s ‘weigh more but look leaner’ effect.

Curious about your pwo anadrol- is it still in now or was it just to help push progress while the tren was still hitting?

All good points-
● avoid dieting for 6+ months if possible
● taper off slowly if using acetate
● avoid going to heavy and causing injury, especially 40+ crowd

It’s still in on leg day but I think it’s proving to be counter productive. It’s pushing me through workouts artificially when the recovery resources are lacking. I will likely finish the open vial and then cruise in just test for 6-8 weeks. I’m burnt out essentially.

I think I've been off tren for two weeks after running it for 20 weeks. My shoulders feel incredibly beat up. My lifts are down about 20 pounds across the board, so I'm going light with high reps which actually feels really good. I'm used to training to muscle failure but now it's more of a lactic acid burn induced failure. And I love it. But the best part of being off is the calm serenity. I have so much more inner peace with a couple kids running around :)

What dose did you run? And how did your bloods look during and at the end if you ran any?

Damn dude 20 weeks seems like it would tilt way into diminishing returns and inflammation. Were you on a micro dose trying to do some nutrient partitioning or something? I am under the impression from reading and from my own experience that 6-8 weeks is where the bad starts to outweigh the good.

Water weight came on for me at 5-10mg/day and stayed on all the way to 400/week. The visual transformation started week 4ish and I felt ready to hop off near week 6

I've been on 100/week just short of 4 months.

I didn't run any bloods. I started off 100mg a day until about 30 days in when insomnia abruptly hit. After that I dropped the dose by about half and titrated back up to 100 a day. I'd have to pull out my notebook to be a little more precise. For awhile I was doing 80 a day because I knew from you guys on meso I was overdoing it several ways.

Another side effect that only effected me for a little while early on was brain fog. I found that 60 was ok but 80 gave me brain fog. But again that side went away. In the end the only persistent side was lots of night sweating and some sensitivity to loud noises, aggression.

I've got a much better job this year and will definitely be getting blood work done next time around. Managing estrogen by feels was weird. My E2 had to be insanely high. But I felt good
