Hey I have been reading a lot of posts and trying to learn all I can before I said s tubing on here. I didn't want to get beat to death for asking stupid questions that can be found in forums.
I am 45 and paper thin around 155 and really want to bulk up . But reading some of the compounds can thicken blood and being I am older . I truly have health concerns for my safety of trying to bulk up. It's going to be a bitch for a local doc to run my blood for pre during and post cycle . Anyway got some dbol and after researching think as a beginner that need a little more experience yet might do Avanar or just test for reaction and to start slow . Got plenty of Clomid and will get the nova for pct . Will continue to find more advice by reading so I don't need to be spoon fed . But with my age even if I am quite healthy is this a good idea to do? Just wondering really don't care if my saggy sack shrinks a little heck might be nice . But I am not a man that hits the gym 7 days week. I know if a cycle this will be very important . Working out now 3 to 4 days a week and will push when or if I start. Just sick of being so damn skinny from very high metabolism . Once in my life I would like to look bulked.

What's your workout history? Or are you just wanting to take and inject a compound that could negatively effect your health for what... some muscle? If you had a more persistent workout plan, like hitting the gym 6x a week. Got a dirt plan down you will gain weight. It doesn't really sound like you're trying. Why go to kill yourself for some weight.
 
Well I appreciate a response and don't wish to get into a pissing match. I am working out 3 times a week for 2 hours a night . On off days I use a home gym to just keep moving . Yes I need more calories for sure won't argue that . And I agree I don't wish to just take things and hope they do all the work and I do nothing . In the past I have worked out daily since I don't have to work anymore have all the time in the world . I can gain about 30 pounds then all I do is get tone. I have been thin all my life will never see large gains or get bulky. I have responded well to testosterone but these are small doses from a doc for older age. Wondering if I pinned test if maybe that would be s good place to start? Instead of trying dbol or others. I am new and this forum is why I am here asking so I don't make mistakes .
 
What are your calories? Before you answer, I'll go ahead and tell you that you're not eating enough to get big and you know that.

Download my fitness pal app. Start logging your diet everyday. It's tedious but gets easier the more you do it. Your goal should be 5k minimum everyday.

You just need calories. 6 eggs in the morning with cheese and oatmeal. Ten ounces minimum of meat 3 times per day with 2 cups of rice, big ass bowl of pasta post workout. I include lots of salad with oil in my diet. Steamed vegetables as well. Stock up on peanut butter and add a cup per day. You should never for any reason feel hungry.

4 days a week in the gym is sufficient also. Don't go crazy with cardio. Wendlers boring but big program would suit you. Check it out.

What are your test levels at now with TRT?
 
Your right I won't bs you there I know my calorie intake is low . Not a real big eater it makes me feel sick . I eat 5 to 6 times a day healthy but granted it isn't enough to bulk me by any means . Probably around 1500 to 2800 . I get 200ml of test every 3 weeks and this is only because I begged to get that. I am not looking for a lazy way to pound in bulk and look shredded from doing what I am thinking of. Just thought it might be an option to help me some. I will look at your app and download it to keep track of my intake . So am I just not in a good spot from diet to even consider doing any?

I get 200ml of test every 3 weeks and this is only because I begged to get that.

Do you mean you are getting 200 MG injection once every three weeks? What ester and how long after you got injection did you get blood pulled?

What is your maintenance calories and how tall are you? Regardless, your calorie intake is too low. To put something in perspective, I know 120 pound females that eat more than you. A cycle would be of no use to you if you can't eat. You just can't justify taking more if you can't eat enough.
 
Yes 200mg/ml of test and I get random blood test not often as I would like . Would have to come up with a reason to get them more often . I am not 100% on what he ester levels are haven't had a test for a while . Last blood work was around 3 weeks after above test results . I know I am not eating enough I have a neurological pain that has made some things suck bad.
I am 6' tall and average around 160 to 170 seen 200 once in my life. Thank you for your input it's putting s lot in perspective for sure.
If I were to push calorie intake up as you suggest and start a good workout program would doing s pin of test be a good safe start for s thin dude like me. As I am learning and know if I don't feed it won't do me much good and probably more dangerous than anything . Not trying to sound stupid or impatient to pin believe me.

Just wanted to thank you for the app advice. It was a pain in the ass at first then only got easier. It truly was an eye opener to how I was eating. I have completely changed my habits for the better. It was hard to get around 2000 calories a day at first and now up well over 3000 a day. I know its not much but I have jumped to 172 and still climbing.

Keep it up man. It can be tough. Just keep the goals in mind and you'll get to where you're going.

Keep those fats in mind. Think nutrient dense. Olive oil, whole milk, peanut butter, etc. Keep us posted.
 
45 aint old! I am 43 and surfing the wave of life man. Got four cycles under the belt, having a great time.

aaS does not sound like the solution for you. aaS doesn't make you grow in solitude - it makes you grow when you have your training and your diet in check.

If you can't eat and get those nutrients in you, you can take all the juice in the world and you'll still be scrawny.

I'd drop the orals, and go test. Getting a good 500mg of test in ya per week is going to increase your appetite as well.

But before you do that, pretend you are on a cycle for two weeks - go to the gym as you are on a cycle, log your workouts like you are on a cycle, eat like you are on a cycle, track your food like you are on a cycle. If you crack that code, adding test to it will be the coolest thing you've done to yourself ever. You'll put on 15-20 pounds of LBM with ease.
