Well it has been a long time since i have been on here as exon20s to all the old members hello again and hope to meet new members and freinds, okay i am 21 and about 6 foot 200lbs at 16% body fat. I have recently come across some 50mg winny tabs. A close freind started them and got bloated i really dont know why but whatever the case is, when i was younger i was about 250lbs at 5foot 10 so i am always constaly researching into things so i never get to how i was when i was younger so i am contemplating on taking one tab a day ------as for my diet i eat very clean but no more than three meals a day i know its bad but thats all i can do. I do cardo 5 times a week on an empty stomach and lift at night i train back and chest on mon and wens, and shoulders and tries on tues and thurs, fri biceps i know you are probally board of me already but here is my question first i dont wanna get jacked i just want to get really ripped so should i take on 50mg winny tab a day or maybe should i take some clem also should i stick with the am cardio on an empty stomach and train at night with the routine i have been using.
