Ergo the answer to your question is, it depends upon several factors but the timing is particularly important. For example, if I revealed "a member" has promised to forward a sample yet the UGL has only been open for a brief period, it's quite possible the involved mate may be identified thru a simple process of elimination by the UGL itself!

So obviously protecting the demographic integrity of a Member is of paramount importance and must supersede the need to know on behalf of Meso mates. Nonetheless I sincerely doubt any of these "factors" will jeopardize the objective of notifying members in a timely manner.

You fellas get me the sample and I'll get this done! Oh and excluding shipping to the selected destination there will be NO FEE for the HPLC testing itself!

Use the SEARCH feature and type moneypak. SSN is necessary when applying for the Greendot card that will be sent to you with your name imprinted on it. You buy a temporary greendot and put whatever amount on it you want. You go home and fill out the greendot info online. This is where you give your ssn among other things. You can use the temporary card to make a purchase on line. You cannot take the temporary card to an ATM and pull the money off you put on. Amazon or any online spot that takes visa will honor the temp card you have.
You will receive your card within 2 weeks. You use cash to purchase a moneypak. The cashier will put the amount you want on the moneypak. You scratch of to reveal the 14 digit # unique to your moneypaK. That is the # you give this guy. He goes to moneypak.com and punches in the # of his greendot card. He then punches in the moneypak # you gave him. The screen will ask him if he wishes to apply a moneypak for X amount of dollars to the greendot card that hasm because once he pushes "reload" it can't be undone.
Vanilla reload is the same there just aren't as many locations to purchase. I have been through several greendot cards since 2006. I have cards that take vanilla reloads and then I have a SERVE card for me and one for my girl. SERVE is from AMEX.
There are so many complaints surrounding moneypak and greendot. Do a google search. These forums offer tips that if followed will keep your account from being frozen and then closed due to high risk activity.
You can apply moneypaks to your paypal account. There are forums dedicated to issues surrounding your paypal account frozen due to high risk behavior. Paypal will keep your cash tied up for 6 months. After 6 months you will be allowed to get your cash. The forums will show you how to make and use an anonymous account. I've got $400 in a paypal account for another 4 months.
Here is a clue to this source. If you don't want your greendot frozen do not simply load moneypaks and pull cash off at ATM. Load the mp and pay some bills. Go to the grocery store and buy a loaf of bread and get the max amount of cash back. Its $50 some places and others are $200.
There are other ways to keep your account open. Use the web. I may hold a seminar but it won't be free. I've got shit to do.

This test will test for the concentration of the compound then?

Yep I've posted identical analyses previously using an HPLC as the baseline assay for both qualitative and quantitative determinations.

If the HPLC is performed correctly, by someone who knows WTF they are doing a MS is "needed" in only a few instances, IME!

Correct me if I am wrong, but that requires a sample of known concentration to use as a baseline and also must take into account the solvent used as those will create a peak. Do you have pharmacy test cyp to compare to since it compares the area under the curve?

Brewing sterilization measures:

Autoclave

I looked into using a flow hood and did some reading. This appears to be a luxury and is not necessary as long as the environment you are in is free of air flow and you take measures to assure non-contamination (gloves, mask, autoclave). I even believe Someone in a thread mentioned Dr Scaly said a hood was unnecessary so long as proper precautions are taken.

Since I am not using a flow hood as of now that is irrelevant. As for the Autoclave, I have access to one that is not my own. I will not say where, or how, or take pictures of it as it is not mine or at my house. If there are enough people interested to make it worth the investment by all means I will get my own and show pics. But for now, the one I am using is much more state of the art then one I would be buying and the environment allows me to finish what I need to
