Well noob or not. Ive seen this come up again and again and again. Some folks are still bringing it up. Just reached my boiling point. Cold weather will crash even pharmaceutical grade gear.

There's a lot to Bitcoin compared to things like MG or WU, but it's still worth learning about IMO. For one, I like that I can use BTC from my house. I live in the middle of nowhere and work odd hours. The only places near me that handle WU or MG are 30 miles away and often close before I get out of work, so that's already a pain in the ass. It also gets around the whole 'flagged receiver' problem some established source run into, or having a reshipper or a collector fuck everything up for everyone. Once you get involved with BTC it's no more difficult than Paypal.
The most important part about using BTC for gray or black market items is tumbling them to obscure their travel from one end to another. That part is http://crypsys.mmci.uni-saarland.de/projects/CoinShuffle/ (simple) enough, and when it's done well then there is really no way to find who sent what where. Even without the shuffling the concern probably isn't too great unless you're already being investigated for something. But the perks of the whole process are anonymity, direct(-ish) payments, and at least one less step for someone who isn't you to fuck the whole process up. On top of that Circle makes starting using BTC as simple as using Paypal, and since the BTC doesn't exist until you transfer then there's no chance for someone to steal them from you.
I'm not usually a BTC proselytizer and I don't do the Dark Net at all, I just hate to see people potentially missing out on more security because they may not have all the info. And I really fucking hate having to leave work early just to find out the address I was supposed to send to has been blocked, or even just having to use the same single place every time time and people start asking questions.

look at almost every lab busted. It is because of WU or moneygram. Bitcoin is without a doubt the most anonymous safe way to do business.
I haven't seen anything to suggest that.... I thought they were getting popped after their raws get seized by customs.
