OP, maybe I missed this. What was your starting point for weight and BF? Hard to tell given that your photos aren’t easy to compare and they aren’t whole body or poses.

Regarding your comment about dosages and being truthful; nobody doubts that higher doses produce results. The question is if they’re necessary at X point in a certain persons journey. If your goal is to be Mr Olympia I’ll never knock anyone’s dosages. Do what you have to. But this is relative to what you’ve taken before and how long you want to make progress for.

I think I've commented this a few ways before, but I'll give my 2 cents on the subject of "is more better?" based on what I've seen with myself, friends and clients...

Yes, more is "better" to a degree. First of all, let's discount negative health effects, that's not the question here... The question is: Do more drugs equate to better results?

So, with that, up to a certain point... For example, 500mg's testosterone is SIGNIFICANTLY more effective than 250mg's... 1000mg's is more effective than 500mg's, however there is not as BIG of a difference as there is between 250 and 500mg's... Now, move into something like 1500mg's and we're talking minimal gains in comparison to 1000mg's, and way more side effects...

The true value is in the overall MG's/week... So, take the "bell curve" point of each drug (when weighing positives and negatives), such as 1000mg's of testosterone and pair that with another drug's "max" such as trenbolone at 700mg's and you'll have a WAY more effective stack than 1700mg's of testosterone alone would give you...

I hope this makes sense...

^All per week, and again, these are just MY opinions... Not to be considered the correct amount, just the absolute "cap" for what I believe people should END at, not START at!

Update: I have fell of the map for awhile guys, i started my career and bodybuilding had to be 2nd and not 1st for once. I’ve been on 250mg a week now for a few months. And i mean ive been off everything including growth hormone completely. It’s crazy to see how much ive held even tho not on much, although hardness and vascularity have gone down.

Anyways i hope to come back slowly,
 
Yeah, family and career always come first. Girls would rather a man have 6 cars than a six-pack anyway.
Stan Efferding claims that he maintains that huge physique on 250 mg of testosterone as well. I think that gives a lot of us hope that one day when we're older we should be able to maintain.
 
Amazing transformation man and great on being honest. One thing I would nitpick at is you are not 10% bf I would say probably 13-15% more like other than that amazing progress.
