Down to 220lbs recently. I've been keeping my calories too low though and have been bingeing at night. I'm going to up my calories here soon, just not sure how much yet. I'm really trying to get lean over the next few months before I blast with Deca and Test over the summer.Good progress! How are things coming along? I saw you were down 15lbs back on 9/8. Did you continue to cut or stay at 225lbs?
Down to 216lbs recently in the AM. Going to run DNP over the holiday and will post a separate log. I also just finished Gama Bomb by John Meadows. I feel like I look bigger, but my weight has dropped. I've been keeping my protein at 220-240g per day. Carbs at 100-220g per day and fats 70-90g per day.
Typical day is:
Meal 1
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop strawberry whey iso
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Meal 2
8oz Tilapia
1/2 Cup white rice
1 cup greens
1 Serving almonds
Siracha
Meal 3
8oz Chicken breast
1/2 cup white rice
1 cup greens
1 serving almonds
Siracha
Intra workout-
50g branched cyclin dextrin
Post workout
8oz Protein nut milk
1/4 cup powdered rice
1 scoop chocolate mint whey iso
Meal 4
1 egg
3 egg whites
2 strips bacon
1/2 cup flap jacked pancakes
Sugar free syrup
1 tbsp butter
Meal 5
6oz Salmon
1 cup greens
Total- 2,630kcal

1 mile @ 7mph on the treadmill 5 days per week before my workout. I want to include fasted am cardio, but I struggle with motivation that early.Looks like upping your calories did the trick. Arms and chest clearly gaining more definition. Keep up the good work.
