You must have a very slow metabolism, so I would take an Iodine supplement for thyroid, and do interval training or superset training or giant set training. This is the only way I know of naturally to up your metabolism. Theres t3, ephedrine, clenbuterol and a few other drugs to speed up your metabolism also.
