lol Yes sir. I was doing "a" 5x5 but I been on another body building board for a couple of years. but I think it might have been some stupid inexperiance knowledge when they came up with the routine I did. It got praise though. I am marching over there to the sticky now and I will print it out and try it Thank you Mr Grizzly Sir..
 
Keep in mind that if you gained more fat than muscle on ANY routine, it was due to your diet and NOT the routine.

Set a realistic weight gain goal and then stay the consistent course.
 
I would agree with that. except I seriously ate nothing but grilled chicken breasts, grilled steak, eggs hald with out yellow yolk. salad with low cal ranch and very very little ranch (its amazing what little dressing makes a salad taste more like ass) and when I didnt eat enough protien for the day i would consume more protien shake then normal. my protien intake was around 450-500 a day I am 240 lbs at 5'8

Well, If your getting fat on that, you need to either up your cardio or cutback on calorie intake, or both. Do you count calories? You must have a very slow metabolism, so I would take an Iodine supplement for thyroid, and do interval training or superset training or giant set training. This is the only way I know of naturally to up your metabolism. Theres t3, ephedrine, clenbuterol and a few other drugs to speed up your metabolism also.
Do you know you body fat %, because giving us your weight without body fat means nothing.

body fat is 20% I do count calories. I have a very very slow metabolism it took forever to get from 23 body fat to 20% that is on a ECA Stack. I couldnt do much for cardio because the test created so much water in my back and shins i couldnt walk for more then 10 minutes. Which is why I stoped the cycle at week 8 and I gained more fat then muscle. I do understand now with proper research, there are things i can take for the bloat. all the fat is in my gut and my face. I hate that it stores there

If your getting that fat on a cycle you probably have very high estrogen levels. Need to take arimadex or nolvadex during you cycle. What I did was take 40 mg the first week then dropped to 20 for the next then 20 every other day for the rest of the cycle then upped it for PCT again. You never posted your cycle either, that to could be the culprit. I at one time around Christmas was 18% bf and dropped down to 11% using test e 750mg/wk, Tren A 75mg/day then 3 weeks t3 towards the end of my cycle. Hardly no cardio either every other day for 40 min fast walking.

It very well could be high e2 levels. Must use nolvadex or arimidex; you should even try one or the other now while not on anything, I think you will be pleasantly suprised. Sure won't hurt anything giving it a shot.

Not only before, but during also, I take a nolvadex every other day because I kind of have the same problem. But I started out @ 20mg twice a day for a week then 20mg a day for a week then every other day during the cycle unless getting fat again, then go back to one a day. I never used arimedex but it is very powerful so do some research on if you choose it.

Im guilty of the above! Maybe I will take the pct before my next cycle so the P will stand for PreCycle!

Why do you insist on only taking Nolvadex before your cycle. You said the exact same thing in post 29. Your just going to end up with the same results as always. Gaining fat and scratching your head wondering why.

By you saying it, I thought you meant it, in both posts 29 & 32. Same exact comment.

Anyways, I assume you think that Im hard headed and will only take it before the cycle stop and take it after the cycle. I know you recomended me to take it THREW the cycle if I am not mistaken. I just dont plan on taking my second cycle until I am down to 17% body fat. I am currently at 20. I do HIIT 3 days a week. On off days I wake up early and jog slowly for 3 miles. I take a ECA stack and I consume about 1200-1500 cals a day.

Either you have no clue what your doing, very bad at math, or lieing. In post 23 you said you eat between 450-500 grams of protien a day. That just by its self is 2000 cals. So when you add in the fat and carbs your consuming at least 4000 cals a day. Now in this post you say your taking in 1200-1500 cals a day. You must do some studying and know what you are talking about before anyone can help you. I just wasted the last 3 days trying to help. This is now the 3rd time your talking out of both sides of your mouth and can't even remember what you posted yesterday. Do you smoke pot or drink a lot? I give up.

"After a cycle of Test I didnt put on much mass ." l consumed that when I was on the cycle. I am 20% bf I want to put on more Mass. First off Im not going to snap for assuming I am a Liar. I might have not fullt explained in this post but I have been posting in other posts. Currently Im trying to get to 17% bf so I can put on more mass on my next cycle which is another on going post. RIGHT at thismoment I am consuming 1200-1500 calories. My goal is more MASS but If I start this cycle at this exact moment I dont want to be 25%BF or higher.

I have not read every post on the meso board and could care less if you get pissed because your posts are not consistent on this thread: I'm not a psychic. The best time to lose fat is during a cycle, if you do it right.
I lost 6-7% bf on a cycle while still putting on about 5 lbs till I took the t3, then I lost another 2% down to 10-11%bf where I'm at now.. Tren and or Winstrol are the top 2 for cutting. Winstrol will balance out the cycle a bit, giving us good anabolic effect with lower overall estrogenic activity than if taking such steroids alone.
For cutting phases Winstrol can be combined with a non-aromatizing androgen such as trenbolone. These combinations help bring out the strongly defined, hard look of muscularity so sought after among bodybuilders on stage.
